selectshop.at Posted December 23, 2019 Share Posted December 23, 2019 legal_compliance is not compatible with the php-version in use, i.e. the theme you are using. Which Prestashop version ? Thank you very much for your reply! I'm using the default theme of 1.7.6.2, is it still not native enough? Server information Linux #1 SMP Wed May 29 04:37:40 EDT 2019 x86_64 Server software version: LiteSpeed PHP version: 7.0.33 Memory limit: 256M Max execution time: 120 Upload Max File size: 128M -If disabling the theme, will it delete all the info i entered in store? selectshop.at Posted December 23, 2019 Share Posted December 23, 2019 If you are in Canada you don't need to use ps_legalcompliance. This module was developed for to comply with European legal rules. They do not apply if the shop is outside of the EC. You cannot disable a theme without having another installed, this means by choosing an alternative.
