Dani1989 Posted November 26, 2019 Share Posted November 26, 2019 Hello, I've observed the following behavior sometimes and I'd like to know if it is something to worry about. - Sometimes when I click on the 'Add To Cart' button, the modal is displayed with all zeroes (Product Price = 0, Shipping = 0, VAT = 0 etc). When I refresh the page, then it starts to work again. - Sometimes when I have a product with multiple combinations, if I select a different combination (different than the standard combination), then the selection is automatically reverted back to the default combination. Is this behavior something to worry about? Can someone explain why this seems to happen only sometimes? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You should check cookie sessions time you've set on BO of your site and try to use another browser. BTW which Prestashop version and own theme or standard default ? The PS version is 1.7.6.1 and the I am using a custom theme not the standard one. I will check the cookie and session time in the BO. I hope that will solve the problem.
