How add 'hidden' products?

Hello, 
Im trying to figure out, if this is possible: 

I have a webshop, were i want to be able to manage everything from.
It is a car part shop BUT we also have a garage service. 
What i would like to do is, upload some 'products' (fx, working hours, or oil change service), so I still can create an order and invoice through my presta system.

These products, are ofc not supposed to show on my webshop - but if i 'disable' this 'garage products category' in order to hide them, I cant add them on my presta POS solution - as they are hidden / dissabled. 

Is there any solution /workaround / idea for how to solve this?

Hello,

You can hide products while having them in a category & have those products enabled

Prestashop 1.6:

Go to the product you wanna hide in the BO  -> Information tab -> Visibility -> None

Prestashop 1.7:

Go to the product you wanna hide in the BO -> Options -> Visibility -> None
