500 internal server error if the customer select COD as payment method

Hi ! I'm using prestashop 1.7.6.1, a friend give me a invoice module for test, i've tested but after i deleted this module when a customer try to make an order with cod as payment method, the order is registred in BO, but he recive a 500 internal server error instead of redirecting to summary order .

 

This is what i've found in debug mode

there is not enough debug info for me, i suspect that there are leftover override(s) from test module, check your overrides folder (or the module) to see if overrides removed.

I've checked the overrides folder and there it's nothing, the debug info from printscreen it's the only info that i have

try uninstall re-install of cod module
