Error upgrade prestashop to 1.7.6.1

Removing | renaming the file allows updates, but "The page you requested could not be found." Appears instead of the main page.

How to bypass the problem?

You say that you have seen this previous post. But did you also understand it? Because you mention it and then completely ignore it. 

In the other post someone had overrides. Do you have them too? And are they mentioned in the error messages? Did you try disabling overrides?

This error is still pointing to a class in override folder, so seems they are not deactivated.
