Burnago Posted September 25, 2019 Share Posted September 25, 2019 Hello, I got an issue with my prestahop 1.7.6.1. I turned on "followup" module and activated section 3 i 4 (emails for the best and the worst consuments). I realized that customers get en emails with CLASSIC template. Before that I choosed MODERN.
