  1. bump I'd like to know the answer to this also. I have presta 1.6.0.8 and am using the CMS Block v2.0.1 module
  2. j8snl - Are you still having these issues... I've just gone through 2 days of trying to get this done (in a slightly different) way so may be able to help
  3. Fixed it. by adding the height attribute to: ul.product_list.grid > li .product-container .content_price { padding-bottom: 9px; line-height: 21px; height: 47px; } in the product-list.tpl under my theme
  4. Hi All, I have recently put a number of of items on sale using specific pricing and now the products on the homepage have lots of white gaps between them, see: http://hillcresths.co.uk/ but on my categories pages, it looks great, see: http://hillcresths.co.uk/18--belluno-series- How can I either get rid of the white space on the homepage or make the home page look like the categories pages? I have tried playing with the homefeatured.tpl as suggested by @vekiain this post: solved-how-to-remove-white-space-under-featured-products-on-home-page but could not get this to work Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated. Joe
  5. Hi All, sorry, have not been here for a while. I never got this working and gave up on it. The developers did contact me after a month or so asking if they could have my FTP details, but I'd given up at this point also didn't fancy giving access to them. So... if you send them a contact, they will eventually get back to you... but I can't say if they would have been able to resolve it. Joe
  6. Hi All, I need some urgent help please. I went live over the weekend with our new store in PS 1.6.0.8 and everything was working fine, somehow my store has been upgraded to 1.6.0.9 (whether it was one of the users clicking upgrade by accident or something automatic...dunno???) Anyway, the prices in the front office for each product no longer show the price with the vat included (as it did before), the vat is only included when the item is added to the cart. I had this problem before in 1.6.0.8 and resolved it by adding a new tax rule under my UK 20% tax set up, but now nothing I do here works. I had also in the past been able to manually manipulate the product.tpl by changing this line from: <span id="our_price_display" itemprop="price">{convertPrice price=$productPrice}</span> to: <span id="our_price_display" itemprop="price">{convertPrice price=$productPrice + ($productPrice * 0.2)}</span> but now changing this and clearing the cache/ forcing compilation has no effect... its as if the product.tpl is no longer in use in this new version. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I was just getting going. Thanks in advance... Joe
  7. Hi All, I'm using PS 1.6.0.8 and am having the exact same issue. I have tried following advice from two other posts and have done the following: Changed the permissions on the \modules\ebay directory and everything in it to 775 Have changed the ebay.php file from if (isset ($ configs ['EBAY_CATEGORY_LOADED']) |! |! $ configs ['EBAY_CATEGORY_LOADED']) { EbayRequest $ ebay = new (); EbayCategory :: insertCategories ($ ebay-> GetCategories (), $ ebay-> getCategoriesSkuCompliancy ()); $ this-> setConfiguration ('EBAY_CATEGORY_LOADED', 1); $ this-> setConfiguration ('EBAY_CATEGORY_LOADED_DATE', date ('Ymd H: i: s')); } to / / If (isset ($ configs ['EBAY_CATEGORY_LOADED']) |! |! $ Configs ['EBAY_CATEGORY_LOADED']) / / { EbayRequest $ ebay = new (); EbayCategory :: insertCategories ($ ebay-> GetCategories (), $ ebay-> getCategoriesSkuCompliancy ()); $ this-> setConfiguration ('EBAY_CATEGORY_LOADED', 1); $ this-> setConfiguration ('EBAY_CATEGORY_LOADED_DATE', date ('Ymd H: i: s')); / /} We are so close to going live so any help would be greatly appreciated
  8. @nexus74's post regarding removing the www. part from my Shop domain in SEO/URL's worked for me when I had an issue with Firefox 31.0. Cheers Nexus74
  9. Hey Scorpionsworld, I followed your advice from post dated: 09 July 2013 - 07:07 PM and it worked first time for me... cheers Joe
  10. I agree with you on this I've seen the following article on the web which was written by one of the moderators on these forums: , but its for v1.5 but is similar to what you are after: http://nemops.com/prestashop-rrp-price/#.U_PTMfldWHc It may be worth searching through the forums for a more up to date version But this should be a standard function in Prestashop, or even a paid module...I'd buy that for a dollar or maybe even a bit more.
  11. Gotcha... Back office-->Localisations-->Tax Rules--> [Add a new tax rule] button on top of page in green bar To my UK Standard Rate 20% tax rule, I added a new tax rule which linked back to my VAT UK 20% under: Back office-->Localisations-->Taxes All now works properly
  12. I found the following tip by El Patron on Kim Maarup's post (Jun 24 2014 03:38 PM): No tax on products - back office-->customers-->groups, edit each group and set to tax included as required, http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/339667-no-tax-on-products/?p=1714510 but this still did not work for me... any advances on this
  13. Hey Novski, I'm a bit of a noob around here but I think I can help... Under your your public html folder, go to: .../modules/productpaymentlogos/img/payment-logo.png create a copy of this image to back it up and rename it to something like payment-logo_ORIG.png Then with the one called payment-logo.png open it up in a picture editor and slice and dice it up to remove the logos you don't need NOTE... don't use Microsoft paint as it does not preserve the transparent backgrounds of png files, use Photoshop or coral or something and don't resize the image, just move the paypal logo to the middle after after dropping the others Alternatively - just turn it off by finding the 'Payment Logos Block' under modules
  14. Hi All, any help would be really appreciated, we're coming up to go live and would like to get this resolved, I'm looking at B2B sales as well as B2C sales and not having the tax calculated by Prestashop could be a show stopper. thanks in advance... Joe
  15. Prestashop 1.6.0.8 Hi sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place, I'm new to the forum and still finding my way around. When I'm updating products and prices in the back office, it is not auto calculating the prices/tax. I have set up: Tax Rule (UK 20%) Taxes (UK 20%) Have enabled the tax have enabled 'Display tax in the shopping cart' enabled: 'Display tax label' under localization > countries > UK But nothing is being calculated in the back office and as a result nothing in the front office. I can make a change to the product.tpl and product-list.tpl to display calculate the tax and show the price with tax added, but I would really like to get taxes working in the back office so I can use invoicing etc. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Joe
