    Hola, amig@s: ¿Hay alguna forma de saber si a los clientes les falla el TPV cuando realizan un pago a través de él? Es decir, que mi apartado de pedidos, dentro del panel de administración, aparezca que ha intentado pagar a través del TPV pero le ha dado error. ¡Un saludo!

    Hi, guys: I have a problem and I can't solve it. The problem is that the text of the stock label is different in the product list of the promotions/offers page that in the product's category or in the product page. In the promotions/offers page the label's text is wrong. It says "in stock" but it has to say "available in 2-3 days" like it says in the product page and product list. Thanks in advance. PD: the problem is with default-bootstrap theme.

    Did you solved the problem? I think that the code sends an email to all the different email addresses defined in the backoffice, I mean "Webmaster", "customer service"... and not adding a new email separated by commas.

    Hola de nuevo: Buscando por el foro en inglés he encontrado esto: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/302520-multiple-mail-recipient-for-client-contact/ Pero parece ser que tampoco termina de funcionar correctamente. Entiendo que lo que hace la función que proponen ahí es enviar un e-mail a todas las direcciones de contacto definidas (webmaster, atención al cliente...) y lo que queremos es poder añadir un segundo e-mail a atención al cliente, separándolo por comas por ejemplo.

    Hola, chic@s: quisiera saber que tengo que hacer para que cuando me escriban desde el formulario de contacto de la tienda ese e-mail me llegue a 2 direcciones diferentes, pues quiero que me llegue a la de la tienda y al correo del chico que me lleva la tienda. un saludo y gracias

    Tendrás que ir añadiendo las IP desde todos las redes diferentes desde las que te conectas.

    Now it's working, but there is a problem: The order of my tabs are | "POPULAR" | "NEW ARRIVALS" | "BEST SELLERS" | and when I enter in the homepage, the tab of "new arrivals" is active but it shows the popular products. And I have to click to Popular and then to new arrivals to see the real new arrivals. Do you know what I wanna mean? Thanks!

    Al final no es un problema de firefox, pues en Chrome también pasa. Ahora de repente me aparecen los productos otra vez, pero cuando cargo el home de la tienda, en la primera pestaña, la de novedades, me aparecen los productos de "populares", entonces cuando pincho en populares y después otra vez en novedades si que me salen las novedades, pero me aparecen 5 en lugar de los 8 que le he indicado en la configuración del módulo. ¿Alguna sugerencia?

    Hi, guys! I have a problem with prestashop 1.6.0.6 and the default-bootstrap theme. When I enter in the shop the tab "new arrivals" shows new products with its label which says "New", but when I click to the "popular" tab and then l click again to "new arrivals" it doesn't show products and says: "There aren't new products at the moment". In the back-office, in product's preferences, I have selected the option to hide this label when there aren't new products to show and the same with bestsellers, but both labels are showed in the homepage, and both are empty. What's the problem? Thanks in advance! Regards

    Hola, chic@s: tengo un problema con una tienda montada en prestashop 1.6.0.6 y tema dafault-bootstrap. Resulta que en firefox los módulos NOVEDADES y MÁS VENDIDOS aparecen vacíos, sin embargo en Chrome esto no pasa. Además, tengo configurados estos módulos para que no se muestren si no hay novedades ni productos mas vendidos. ¿Cual es el problema? He refrescado la página en ambos navegadores con Ctrl+F5 por si era problema de caché, pero nada. Gracias de antemano un saludo!
