Hi, in product preferences I have (see piccy) the setting where by if product has attributes the shopping should not be displayed in the catergory list and should only come up when you click on the product for full detail view, but the last 2 items I've put on have attributes but show shopping trolley, I had this once before and had an item returned because the default attribute was sent on a product. does anybody know how to rectify this please

Hi, can anybody tell a definitive way to get the visitors online module to work, always nobody online, no customers etc etc. but the stats say otherwise and I'm selling I've read the different replys hows and ways but nothing seems to work I could really do with this info to see which pages are being looked at and from where. i'm also supprised that this seems to be a long standing issue, given the the module is "made" by prestashop itself any help would be much appreciated to solve this problem

sorry, not explained myself properly say i had an hmtl page called newpage and a website called mydomain.com if you click on mydomain.com you get my home page prestashop (with header/footer left and right columns etc etc) that's fine but if I want a page called mydomain.com/newpage I want a responsive page I created which has no prestashop bits in it (just a html page) so I can alter seperatly as and when, like a newsletter for instance. ps i tried locating it in the root but it didnt show as it should.i put it in a seperate folder in the root again it didnt show

Hi, can somebody tell me where to put an html page in my cpanel so that it comes up I don't want the headers/columns/footer or anything from my site showing just the html file that I can alter as I want thanks in advance

Make prestashop more uk compatable ie the postcode format for the united kingdom should be flexible allowing for 6 dif formats this is an absolute must I'm losing orders because I had to disable the postcode requirement to stop errors)and some customers when they cannot find a line to put postcode get turned off and don't bother

well after searching allday I cannot believe how many have asked about this problem accross the site, some threads started 4 yes 4 years ago and its not been addressed. I wonder if making/inventing 6 different countries (not sure what to call them yet) with the different postcode formats would be the way to go, very unproffessional but i cannot think of any other solution. unless there is a secret sociaty out there that are under orders not to divulge the answer. I also wonder how many uk prestashop owners are out there and if its such a small number that the problem has no urgency

this issue REALLY NEEDS SORTING OUT would this be considered as a bug ? or is prestshop not uk compatable
