Bonjour. J'ai créé un site web en local avec Prestashop 8 . Ma version de PHP est 7.1.30. Le site fonctionne bien en local. J'ai lancé le déploiement aujourd'hui en envoyant par FTP les fichiers sur mon hébergeur, puis en important la base de données sur l'hébergeur. J'ai déjà configurer les domaines dans la table ps_configuration, les URL de la table ps_shop. Puis modifier le fichier paramètres de configuration de la bd. Mais j'ai l'erreur 500 Je supsone la version du PHP. Que pensez-vous ? Si version du PHP, comment mettre à jour ?

Hello. I'm using PrestaShop 1.6.1.18 Currently. (Just updated 2 days ago) On the Dashboard page there is the section "Activity Overview". That section shows the Stats for the Online visitors, Abandoned Carts, Orders, etc, etc.. My problem is that the online visitors shows around 400-500 visitors online in the past 15 mins. Now that is way off. I would say there typically is an average of 20 users most of the time. I took a screenshot to show what I see. Seems that there is some sort of service running and I cant seem to find out what it is. The server IP "108.160.159.115" is doing something a few times each minute. And the page it its going to is "pagnotfound" UPDATE: (It was just pagenotfound. Now its been saying category) Can somebody give me some direction in what to do to troubleshoot or find out whats going on here? Here are the steps I have tried so far. I made a duplicate modules folder in the root directory and renamed the current folder as module-old. I then copied just the stats modules into it so all the modules where disabled except for the stats modules. (No Effect) Turned off all the CRON jobs through cPanel Removed all the sitemap Generator and files from the server so there is nothing the sitemap can be doing Checked Google Analytics and it shows the correct amount of visitors. So obviously its something that's happening internally. Not something external loading a webpage.

Cuando creo diseños para la el banner de la home, tengo que hacerlo en formato móvil para que mis clientas puedan ver la información correctamente. En versión escritorio aparece pixelado y cortado. No se que hacer ya, mi versión es 1.6.1 y el modulo que tengo para insertar banner es Cs Layer Slider. La verdad que si es tema de programación, estoy perdida por completo. Hola buenas tardes: Me ha surgido un asunto, y es que estaba haciendo unos cambios en la tienda online www.grabiner.es y resulta que al estar creando los perfiles de clientes y grupos (se llama PROFESIONAL) y no sé si ha sido algo relacionado, pero no veo los precios. He comprobados varios productos a ver si estaban activados y sí, y he comprobado si no estaba marcado lo de mostrar precios en cada perfil, y todo eso marcado como afirmativo. Así que no sé a que se ha debido. A ver si me podríais ayudar. Un saludo. Barbara

I haven't upgraded to 1.7 although I have played with it, I still have all my shops running on 1.6 and to me that's the best release yet. Sort of like with Windows, every so other version were great, but not all of them. Is has a nice theme, loads fast and is easy to troubleshoot. What versions do you guys like the most, or have found out to be the best one to work with? AJ

Tenho tido algumas dificuldades para realizar a migração da minha loja do servidor local para o servidor online no site www.000webhost.com/ . Estou a procurar dicas e orientações na net, vídeos, até no forum da PrestaShop, porém não encontrei nada que me explique passo a passo, o que devo fazer, já que estou iniciando a pouco tempo na área do desenvolvimento Web. Poderiam dar-me uma ajuda com essa questão? Desde já obrigado.

En effet, quand je me connecte à mon back office sur mon site en ligne, impossible de rajouter ou modifier un article sur le blog ( cs-blog)... une page blanche apparait ... ce qui est bizarre c'est que quand je fais cette manip sur mon site en local, je peux bien ajouter ou modifier un article. J'utilise le même navigateur à chaque fois ! Savez-vous d'ou peut venir ce bug ? Prestashop 1.6.0.14 Merci d'avance

Salve a tutti spero di scrivere nella sezione giusta.. comincio subito a dire il mio preblema. Mettiamo caso io abbia fatto il mio e-commerce.. (premettendo che ho usato xampp per installare prestashop) e volessi metterlo online con un servizio host.. come dovrei fare?? installare il programma host e caricare le cartelle del sito con un ftp??(ho avuto problemi con la connessione al server di filezilla) sapete aiutarmi

Bom dia! Coloquei a minha loja online e quando fui acessar a mesma, encontrei alguns bugs que não apresentavam localmente, coloquei em anexos duas prints, uma da loja local e outra da loja online para que vocês possam ver o que está acontecendo. A versão do Prestashop que utilizo é a 1.6.0.9 1- Na loja local, consigo alternar entres os 3 slides da loja, na loja online apresenta apenas um. 2- Na loja local, as categorias ficam "compactadas" e tenho a opção de expandir clicando no ícone de "+", na loja online, todas as categorias ficam expandidas sem a opção de compacta-las. 3- Na loja local, os produtos do home aparecem normalmente, na loja online nenhum produto é apresentado. 4- Na loja local, o módulo do facebook aparece, na loja online aparece somente a caixa do facebook porém sem a página. Já reenviei os arquivos da loja pro servidor via FTP e já verifiquei a permissão de todos (ler, gravar, executar). Outro detalhe, antes de definir a loja como domínio principal (www.solucionandoati.com.br) eu tinha upado a loja no diretório www.solucionandoati.com.br/prestashop/ e neste diretório, a loja funcionava perfeitamente, porém quando movi pro root, no caso para a pasta "www" a mesma começou a apresentar estes problemas. Localmente, a loja também estava na pasta wamp/www/prestashop/ Grato! [RESOLVIDO] Aparentemente era problema no servidor da hospedagem, pois o site funcionou normalmente depois.

Hola, mi tienda lleva en linea alrededor de 3 meses y cuando miro las estadísticas de prestashop me muestra una cantidad de visitantes en linea (y visitantes en general) ilógica. Supongo que prestashop está registrando robots como visitantes. ¿hay alguna forma que muestre solo los humanos? ¿estoy equivocado? Gracias

Hello, I tried multiple times to install PrestaShop 1.6.0.9 on my online server, but It always fails at 45 % while "configuring shop information". I deleted the MySQL-Database multiple times and made new ones, but that didn't help, I also tried to install it with Firefox first and then with Internet Explorer, made no difference. What could cause this?
