If i click the new arrivals it has a drop down of products then when i click on it and slide them they move side to side

I do not even see new arrivals, are you sure it is even enabled and your not just seeing an old cache on your phone/tablet

I do not understand ? Do you mean you cannot see the new arrivals link on the tablet ? Have you cleared your SITE CACHE ?
