  2. I am still trying to work on this. I ended up setting up each size as it's own product but, I still have a problem applying the specific shipping charges. Totally messes with my head when I try to get it to work.
  3. Vekia, I solved the problem of the Block User Info missing. I apparently had to enable the "blockpermanentlinks" module Works! Please post as solved! And thank you! Jo

  5. Hey, So, I then inactivated it..... and it stayed up there this time. I am just trying to figure out how to get it to the right side of the top of the page. Before I did all the upgrades, that is where I placed it. I just cannot remember how to get it back there. I figured it has to be in CSS.   6. Hi Vekia, Thank you for your response. I checked to see if I was in catalog mode and I wasn't. But, I decided to see what would happen if I activated catalog mode. When I activated it look what I got. See the attached file! For some reason when I activated the catalog mode the "User Info Block" appeared. I was even able to login to my test customer account. Do you think there is something in my code that is flipping this? I am going to do some searching on my end to see if anyone has experienced the same thing. Let me know what you think.   7. Okay, So I upgraded Prestashop and the Theme. Almost finished fixing the the Front Office. For some reason the "User Info Block" Is not showing up on the top right corner. (Login, My Account, My Wishlist) The module is active. I tried uninstalling and re-installing but, that did not solve the problem. I went to "Manage Hooks" and it is in the "Top of Pages" section. Any suggestions?   8. Okay, I am trying to Upgrade from Prestashop 1.5.4 to 1.5.5. I upgraded the 1-Click Module to 1.1.8. When I go into the Module under the Pre-Upgrade Checklist, it has a RED X next to itself saying it is not upgraded. Although it says my current version is 1.1.8 Very weird. Not sure why this is happening. I updated a Test Shop with no problems. I attached 2 images. Thanks everyone! Jo
  9. Well, I am in. I activated the FO of the test shop and it seems to be working! Now I am going to do an upgrade on the test shop subdomain. I will post my results. Jo
  10. I set up a test subdomain to test the upgrade from from 1.5.4.1 to 1.5.5 and the FO just shows the maintenance screen. When I go to the admin screen, I log in and it gives me an error: "The Employee does not exist, or the password provided is incorrect." So, I cannot get into the BO to do the upgrade. I created a new database, imported the existing shop's database. renamed the subdomain name in ps-configuation. Uploaded the files from back up. Went into settings.inc.php and made the appropriate changes there. Am I missing something? Test Subdomain: kitty.lilangelpetboutique.com Thanks in advance! Jo

In the Back Office go to Preferences > Images Scroll down to the bottom to "Regenerate Thumbnails" For Select an Image choose- Categories For Select a Format choose- "home" or "home_default" (should have an image size of 124 x 124) Then click " Regenerate Thumbnails" And then it worked.   12. I forgot to add my error log. Here is my error log from the server. Every time I try to add a new product the tab pops up that says: Some tabs was not loaded correctly. Would you like to reload them?   13. I have been having this same problem. Very annoying. How can I fix this? My client is using Total Choice Hosting. I have tried making a change to the defines.inc.php file by changing define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); to define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); because I found this on the forum. But it did not help. Do you think it might be the hosting company? If so what do I need to ask them to do on their end. I am suppose to take this shop live in 2 weeks and I cannot turn this over to the client with this bug. Thanks, Jo
  14. Okay, Not sure what is going on. I have uploaded several logos/images in the category section. I can see them on the BO under each category but, when I look at that category in the FO I get the big "?" I checked under Preferences > Images to make sure that "category_default settings were correct. Then I regenerated the thumbnails for categories. But the images still do not show up. They are JPGs.
