Okay, Not sure what is going on. I have uploaded several logos/images in the category section. I can see them on the BO under each category but, when I look at that category in the FO I get the big "?" I checked under Preferences > Images to make sure that "category_default settings were correct. Then I regenerated the thumbnails for categories. But the images still do not show up. They are JPGs. after reinstall the database, all product images and category images are gone. i tried to regenerate all image and got the error below Original image is missing or empty (/home1/new6/public_html/testnew/img/p/1/1.jpg) for product ID i checked the image folder, all images are with the format png, not jpg. the system is looking for the image in jpg format, but all images are store in png. anyone know how to fix this?

After login All products are no longer visible and the question mark appears Indicating missing images. REMEBER ALL PRODUCTS IMAGES ARE INVISIBLE. As you will see below, the link of the image is modified. In the string after "221-home-default" When logged in, the sign is added - leading to a non-existent link. Hi. After upgrading my prestashop from version 1.5 (using the old default theme) to the 1.6 (using the new default theme), I am unable to view the product images in the front office. All the image boxes shows a " ? " I have regenerated all the thumbnails. I can view the thumbnails in the Products > Catalog .. but when I click on the product, and click on Image , I can only see " ? " - question mark symbol. In my SEO & URL , I have friendly URL enabled (since version 1.5) I don't know what else to do ? Please help. TQ. My website: www.arvee.com.my

Hello all, Since changing the URL of my site www.cozibag.co.uk (I just added the 'www' prefix under PREFERENCES > SEO & URLs in the Prestashop back office) I have lost all the small 'Font Awsome' icons/images (e.g. next to the search bar and Cart dropdown box etc). I'm assuming it's to do with the file path change but I can't work out what I'm doing wrong? Thanks Scott

Hello, My site is located at http://drsdesigns.com/ I recently pointed my domain to my prestashop I had set up on a development server. It originally used an IP but I changed it to the new domain. When I did that many images disappeared. I have regenerated .htaccess and thumbnails and most images have came back. I am still getting missing images in my product description areas and I cant seem to fix it. This is now a live site and I really need to get this figured out soon. Thanks.

Just moved to new server, and some of my product images disappeared. Regenerate .htaccess doesn't help. All of missing images I can see in BO. Presta 1.5.4 any help please? thanks

Hi Guys, I have recently upgraded PS 1.4.6.2 to 1.6.0.6 in dev mode using the properly adjusted live site database and recreated the site in a manner that was a somewhat working site (see my other post about Fatal Error Permissions) ...enough working on the front and backend to go ahead and go live while I fix the other minor issues. So, tonight I made the switch from Dev to Live... moved the file set over... adjusted the database and cleared both the site and browser cache... checked the site and it is up and working (as far as I can tell) --- except for one thing... the FontAwesome and Social Networking icons / images are missing. I did login and went to Preferences / Images and regenerated the thumbnails but this did not help.. In addition to a Performance Recompile I also did a manual clear cache for cache/smarty/compile cache/smarty/cache img/tmp But this did not help either. Hi Does anyone know what i should do if my images are missing after upgrading from 1.5.4 to 1.6.x All seems to have worked out fine, just few mentions Of course i have to work on the template, but that was to be expected The major issue i have at this moment is that i do not see any images except for the store logo, product lables (new, special etc.) anyone?

About three days ago while working on my Prestashop installation form the backend I began receiving unusual page not found errors in the backend, this was happening while I was trying to regenerate images on my installation. I then noticed on the frontend that some images were no loading properly, I panicked and thought immediately that something had gone very wrong. I later realized that the problem was not limited to images only as now whole pages on both from and backend were not loading properly and I was occasionally receiving the page not found on both front and backend of my installation. I’ve attached several detailed screenshots of the problem I’m having and gladly welcome any type of solution, I personally feel the hosting service I’m using may be at fault but I would like a second opinion. During manual upgrade to v.1.4.4.1 I copied the /img/ directory and all unique files over and upgraded successfully. For over a year now, site has been live without any indication that we are missing any images in the FO. Now that I'm ready to upgrade to v1.5+ and making necessary preparations, I noticed a lot of product images are missing from directory /img/p/. The missing images, are from a previous version 1.3. The product images are displayed correctly in the FO and when I inspect element path I'm shown: domain.com/img/p/1000-3040-home/image-name.jpg As far as I'm aware, the only area where product images are stored would be the directory /img/p/. I inspected directory /img/p/ and ALL subdirectories (/img/p/1/2/..), to no prevail. Also, I've cleared my cookies, cache and used multiple computers to access the site and all of them display correctly. If images are not located within /img/p/ directory, is it possible they reside in memory or cache? How are images able to display in FO without existing in /img/p/ ?

Upgraded from 1.4 to 1.5.6. All looks fine after some adjustments. When type product name in search box in the FrontOffice, the list of suggestion is expanded with products list, like cart box. I noticed that some products appear with image missing. The path for image is: http://foo_address/img/tmp/product_mini_PRODUCTID.jpg example: /tmp/product_mini_2286.jpg Looking into /img/tmp/ folder, the file not exists, however, there's image with name "product_mini_2286_1". - Not using legacy images - Tried to regenerate all images.. the error persists - Tried to upload new images for this specific product.. the error persists. - Deleted all files inside folder /img/tmp and, the error persists. The image "auto" regenerates again with name product_mini_2286_1.jpg How can i fix this ? I think that may be caused by template compatibility. The template was developed for 1.5 ~ 1.5.4.1 In all others locations, the image appears. products list, cart, back office, etc.. Appreciate any advice. If i found solution i'll back here to share. thanks for attention.

I have added a number of new products over the past couple of days, and today I have discovered that the mobile version of my site does not show these images. They show fine in both front office and back office, but not mobile (phone or tablet). I have re-generated thumbnails several times but this doesn't help. I'm running version 1.5.6.0. I have altered the default theme to my own theme look and feel, but otherwise use pretty standard Prestashop. All my changes are under MyTheme and not in the standard. I use the forums and issue tracker extensively for help and support, but cannot find this issue. How can I get images for the new products to show in mobile version? Have a look at the site on your mobile and you'll see question marks for the new products, while all other images appear fine. http://tascperformance.dk Anyone know what I need to do? Merhaba, Siteme yeni paypal modülünü kurdum, fakat modülün içerisinde tr imaj dosyaları yoktu. İmaj dosyalarını kendim yükledim, paypal doğru çalıştı fakat tam bu sırada sitede içerisinde "log" kelimesi geçen tüm dosyalar silindi. Elimdeki yedek dosyalarından eksik imaj,mail vb. dosyaları geri yükledim, bir süre sonra yine kendi kendilerine silindiler. Bu arada eksik dosyaları yüklediğimde dahi languageblock ve currencyblock modülleri çalışmadı. Mesela normalde döviz kurunu TL'ye çevirmek istediğinizde blokun üstüne geldiğinizde menü aşağı doğru açılıyor ve kurlar çıkıyor, fakat log dosyaları silindikten sonra bu özellik kayboldu.
