  1. Hello I wonder if it is possible to create a cart rule or voucher which give discount to customer who like to pay in my preferred currency or payment method e.g. if customer want to pay cash , we certainly get rid of transaction fees like paypal or cards, i would like to discount them some percentage of the money and i would like to receive currency in my own country rather than USD. otherwise we both lose exchange rates. but under default cart rule module, there seems no such function for these.. or may be i missed something ?or any other module can do this? thank you : ) ( i have the same post under Free module section, but i just wonder if i should post here. therefore i repeated it once.)
  2. Hello Everybody, I am using 1.5.4.1, I just found the default mobile theme not good enough. I am looking for a better one. Because I want to keep my current PC theme untouched, and most of the mobile themes are responsive ones that packed with a PC theme, I could not find a suitable one that run for mobile only. Any suggestion ? Free or purchased one? Thank you very much
  3. Dear all, I am new in prestashop, just migrated from zen cart a few days ago. It seems in prestashop , there are only 3 type of attributes , drop-down-list, radio button, and color Because I am selling something like a "shirt-printing service" customer can print some words on shirt they buy. eg. their name / number it is impossible for me to create attribute for them to select in advance in zen cart, i can create attribute type in text input format, such that customer can fill the text box and submit it together with the shirt. Then , in the order, e.g. i can see Shirt A - print text "JOHN" Shirt B- print text "Peter" it seems i can't make it work in the same way in prestashop. i have to keep asking customer to get the details for each product. can prestashop do this in some way? please help. thank you
  4. Hello everyone I am new to prestashop, just migrated from zen cart. today i found that the cart was not keeping the selection of product from customer, when they comeback the other day, all their product disappeared. i have tested it by myself, it seems that if i have not logged in , the cart items will be kept, if i came back with the same pc the same brower. but if i have logged in ,when i am back, everything gone. is it standard to prestashop not keeping cart content? or there is a problem? i installed 1.5.3.1 and one click upgraded to 1.5.4.1 thanks

  7. Hello Everyone, I am using 1.5.4.1, the default mobile themes seems without any styling, just a grey page like a sitemap ( don't know if it is my problem), which is seems will not be working because responsive one is usually a full pack include pc and mobile, i don't know how to modify them separately, while i need to keep the current theme for pc is there any none responsive one , (or responsive one with pc theme able to be turn off) ? can be a paid or free will be the best thank you
  8. Hello Everyone, I am new in prestashop, I am currently using Zen Cart. After looking at prestashop, i am considering to migrate. But one issue i concern very much is how the dispute and claims will be handled by the prestashop paypal modules. Under zen cart, whenever a dispute or claim has been raised or refunded / partially refunded, order status will be updated immediately (from processing to pending) and there will be a message added to the order indicate the time and amount of money been held or refunded. This help us very much in dealing with orders. i am not sure how this is done by zen cart , but i didn't see the same function in prestashop, order status can only be updated manually..... that means we have to keep checking paypal account almost every minute to discover any issue of an order... this make me worry very much in migration to prestashop since i am new i am not sure if it is my mistake or some other problem. do you have the same problem ? if yes , how do you handle this? hope some one here can let me know. thank you very much
