PS 1.4.7 - Two questions ?

Hallo, we have two questions please :

 

We've installed the latest Paypal version 3.8.1 and we are using 1.4.7 PS version

 

1) Why in the Back Office we still see the warning yellow signal, like we have to set something else, but we don't have any further message that could help us, and also at the end of settings we saw the message (Done, now you could receive paypal payments) like it was always correct.

 

2) How works the "express payment" (now is set to NO), because it seems to bypass the login page so it seems to allow an order without create an account, is it possible ?
