Blocked at 2nd video tutorial - Project "prestashop" not found

Recommended Posts

Dear all,

I know my question will looks like stupid, anyway.

Video 1 : Thanks to the first step tutorial I did :

Install wamp 2.5, (Visual C++ stuff was missing a lot)

Now I can simulate php server (I guess), wamp is green :)

I could create the "prestashop" database thanks to phpmyadmin throws my localhost.

--- End of video 1 -> 6 hours ^^ :) Many problems, many unistall/install

Video 2 : I did :

Download and unzip prestashop.zip file in wamp/www directory

I can see in "localhost" My project "prestashop"

However if I clik on it, in order to install it, the page is not found ???

That is my problem,

I am using the lastest wamp version in 64 bit (which deliver apache, mysql, and so one).

I have 2005 2008 2010 2012 Visual C++ redistributable in both 32 and 64 bit version. All installed with root (big boss) way.

Windows 7.

I have looked a lot about it (except here) before asking.
So I can see but NOT GO to my project "prestashop" from my 127.0.0.1 either localhost.

Anyone have some link or ideas which can help me ?

Thanks a lot for any help.

Sorry for my bad english.

I just notice that XAMPP seems to be preffered here.

I was talking about 60 youtube video lectures in french (I thought everyone was using the same tutorial)

Sorry if my question doesn't make sence, just tell me it. I will go on french part if it is necessary.

Sorry for reading, Thanks for help
