    Hi guys im quite frustrated with my current hosting provider. not sure what the problem is but i keep getting 500 internal server errors with them. site is running super slow in the backend! so there is definitely some problem with the hosting provider. im currently on Prestashop 1.6.1.6 and im trying to do an update to 1.6.1.11 but i keep getting the server error. ive decided to move my hosting to a different provider and want to do a totally clean installation of prestashop what do i need to backup in order to mover my site across? site is basically new with no active customers.

    Hi there. i recently uploaded all my products to my website, everything looked awesome and seemed like it was working fine. the page looks good when you just enter the website. I noticed that when i clicked on my categories link all the categories disappear. the only way to get them to re appear is to reload the website to the home page, what could be causing this. my website address is http://www.doozyden.co.za

    its the maintenance page from prestashop. ive attached a screen shot

    thats what i currently have resorted to doing, however when i try to upload say the 5th file it goes to the maintenance page. i have to literally wait 30 to 40 minutes before i can try again. what could the problem be ?

    I prepared CSV file with my products. It has around 1000 entries. In the middle of the import process, something happens and it redirect me to the maintenance page. No warnings, errors nothing... When I log back into the backend i find that around 120+ products are imported. if i repeat the process it duplicates the previous items loaded. I tried this several times, sometimes I get slightly more products loaded, sometimes less.I even contacted my hosting provider and they confirmed that all the settings on there end is correct. what could be causing this. im using prestashop version 1.6.0.14
