  1. I have received the same errors too. I also have updated it on manually then had to restore from backup. It seems like the 1 click upgrade module is not working correctly. There are tons of requests on the forums on how to fix it. I don't think everyone has found the solution and if the ones found the solution probably forgot to reply on here with their solution.
  2. I'm happy with whoawebsite.com. They have always provided the best customer services and value their customers! Their plans start at $3.69 a month and they haven't increased the price in 2 years!
  3. This link should help you with what you need to install your theme. http://templatetoaster.com/prestashop
  4. You're more welcome to try look! All folders are 755 and files are 644. If this is on my server, I'd have a better opportunity to find it. Unfortunately it's not, it's on another hosting company server.
  5. I'm getting a lot of error message when I'm in the back end. ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access /store/admin/index.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.31 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.31 OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips DAV/2 mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at Port 80 Whenever I click on anything in the back end, it'll take me to that screen every time. What happened was, the client wanted a landing page and moved Prestashop to /store/ folder and installed WordPress to do a landing page. I have done restored from WHM and I have done rollback from Prestashop back end. The front page seems to be missing the CSS and the smart cache for CSS has been enabled. It needs to be disabled in order for the front page to work. Can't disable or enable anything without getting that Forbidden screen. Base URL is exactly where it needs to be /store/ Forgot to mentioned, I have search for similar problems and solutions to fix this. Everything I have found isn't the solution.
  6. I hope I post this in the right section. If it's not, please move it to the right section. I bought Template Toaster couple weeks ago and been sending in support tickets quite bit trying to figure out how to get the theme to work right. I just threw in a default settings of the theme into Prestashop from Template Toaster. However, the front end looks is competely different than what the software shows. The CSS codes are different as soon as I imported them into Prestashop! What's causing these errors? Anyone else having trouble with Template Toaster on Prestashop 1.6.1.1? Template Toaster told me that Hi, Set the header title to enable, at Prestashop admin -> Preferences -> Themes -> Your current theme -> Header -> Display header title. The issues related to CSS, we will resolve them and give the solution in the next build of TemplateToaster. Sincerely, TemplateToaster Support I have tried the next build demo and still gave me exactly same issue! Does anyone have a solution for this? Please help! If you're going to tell me, it's a waste of money and should get a refund, they have ignored my requests 3 times already! Here are the pictures of the theme from Template Toaster and Prestashop
  7. Thanks for the respond, I just looked up Realex, I'm in USA but the issue isn't with Realex. It's Prestashop itself. Realex module isn't installed on that prestashop
  8. Thanks for the respond. Did you have to reinstall the whole thing and do everything all over again? The problem is, there are over 2,000 products, 700 customers, and everything so I don't want to redo everything all over!
  9. Hello, I'm having a lot of issues with the zip code. I have seen that there are few posts with zip code errors but no fix or solution. When the customers either way use guest check out or create account. They get stuck on the zip code with a big red x! I have tried out of state zip code and in my state zip code as well and they all are rejected. I have looked at everything in localization and nothing has ever changed! It is all the same since 1.6.0.9. The zip/postal code format is NNNNN but I did put it blank so that Prestashop will not verify the postal code, still an issue. I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.1 Does anyone have a fix for this?
  10. You're not the only one that's getting this error. I'd like to know a fix for this too! This is also happening 1.6.1.1 Frontcontroller::init - Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart
  11. Thank you for your respond, It's the only module that is already in Prestashop 1.6.1.0 Can you post the link of the one you recommend please? Thanks!
  12. Hello, I have a fresh installed of Prestashop 1.6.1.0 with Paypal v.1.3.8, my biggest issuse is that a lot of my orders do get process but a lot of times it doesn't. I'd get 6 orders and 1 of them will not post in Prestashop. What could be the issue? I have uninstalled and reinstall PayPal module, I have clear cache and every thing I could think of. I did not go from 1.6.0.14 to 1.6.1.0. I did a fresh install and import everything over with Store Manager. I would get the paypal invoices and then manually enter new orders into Prestashop. We're using Paypal Standard and Paypal express checkout is not active. I have searched for other topic for this version but haven't found one. Thank you in advance!
