Sorry, I have a problem with Presta 1.7.5.2 - I have set IMAP CONFIGURATION PORT server correctly but unfortunatly, from the CONTACT CUSTOMER MODULE i don't received mail about message from customer. The other MAIL ALERTS about order are OK! the CUSTOMER CONTACT MODULE in SERVICE CUSTOMER show me this message : NO message to sync! So, please help me about this problem - many thanks for your gently collaboration

From this morning of May 8th to about 9.00 am my website PRESTASHOP version 1.6.1.6 is very slow. Also the B.O. is slow. I have the site in HOSTING with 1 & 1 Germany and the HOSTING assistance tells me that everything is ok. The site worked regularly with page loading times under the second maximum until this morning and currently at 3.40 pm it is still very slow to access the shop pages I didn't make any kind of changes and didn't even do jobs on the server. Everything was working properly but after 9.00 am it suddenly slowed down Can anyone help me understand why? thanks a lot

From the afternoon of today 19 October 2018 and in particular from 3.30 pm I have the following problem If I click on the ORDER FOR DELIVERY function, the system stops as if it were doing the same operation several times and BO di Presta gives me the error that this function has already been done several times for the order in progress. DAl pomeriggio di oggi 19 ottobre 2018 ed in particolare dalle ore 15,30 ho il seguente problema Se clicco sulla funzione ORDINE IN CONSEGNA il sistema si blocca come se facesse più volte la stessa operazione e BO di presta mi riporta l'errore che questa funzione è già stata fatta più volte per l'ordine in corso. Stessa cosa con la funzione ORDINE CONSEGNATO. Mi si presenta una pagina bianca con in alto a SX dello schermo un il seguente simbolo [] ( cosa che appare anche per la funzione precedente) Questo avviene con I.E. 11 ed WIN 7 PRO. Qualcuno sa dirmi il perchè e se per caso questo problema lo si deve esclusivamente ad un fattore BROWSER ? Grazie per la cortese collaborazione

Ciao Luca Succede anche a me. E' un problema legato a PAYPAL che purtroppo è IRRISOLVIBILE. L'unica cosa è che succede raramente e per fortuna molto spesso puoi recuperare il CARRELLO ABBANDONATO e fare manualmente l'ordine e poi mettere come PAGAMENTO ACCETTATO lo stato dell'ordine per regolare il magazzino merci. Di più non so dirti, se invece tu hai risolto diversamente fammelo sapere, grazie Ciao e buon lavoro

Today windws update has released some new upgrades to the system explorer. After doing quisti updates PrestaShop 1.6.1.6 stopped working on its main page. No longer appear the refresh of current orders, sales being etc.etc. Also they run continuously animated gif of the refresh, but does not update. Furthermore it does not certain commands such as sending your tracking code There is someone who has the same problems? Can anyone know a solution? With Chrome or Firefox NO PROBLEMS. I have a problem with the balance in order. Each line of products in correct but the counting of the order balance is wrong for a penny (cent) more or less. Unfortunatly the problem sometimes occurs. this Generate an ERROR PAYMENT in system even if the customer can make the payment. Customer appears an error message that i enclose and for me remain ERROR PAYMENT for the order. At this moment, force the system to accept the payment and proceed regularly with order fulfillment What can i do? My prestahop version is 1.6.1.6 and all modules installed are updated. Please help me if possibile! I do not know what to do!!!!

I have a problem with the sum total of the products in order. The system occur an error on rounds for the final balance plus than one products insert in order from client. Counts correctly in sum charged on paypal but uncorrectly in the sum of order than 1 or 3 cents in plus or mainor. this generate a payment error while bringing to fruition the transaction and then debiting the correct account balance on the paypal account of client. unfortunatly for me remains ERROR PAYMENT on order and i must force the system to accept payment. the customer gets a message payment error that i enclose a jpeg my PRESTASHOP is updated on 1.6.1.6 version and all modules are properly update

Salve. Prima dell'aggiornamento alla versione 10.0.2 di IOS 10 di apple, il browser safari sul mio iphone 6S con il motore di ricerca impostato su CHROME aveva la visualizzazione del mio sito www.filoprint.it fluida e senza rallentamenti di scrolling pagine. Immediatamente dopo l'aggiornamento, il mio sito ( e per la verità anche qualche altro presente in rete di varia composizione ma sempre responsive) si visualizza ma non si ha uno SCROLLING pagina fluido anzi, il sistema sembra impallarsi per poi riprendersi dopo qualche secondo, oltre che rallentare l'aperura stranamente SOLO della Home Page. Tutte le altre pagine funzionano regolarmente come prima. (Il mio sito è in HTTPS) Ho provato con un altro Iphone 5S ed il problema continua a presentarsi. Qualcuno ha notato di questi problemi sul proprio cellulare? Io non ho fatto nessuna modifica al mio sito che è identico, come impostazioni generali, a quello prima dell'aggiornamento ad IOS 10 quindi deduco che il problema sia di SAFARI. Ho l'ultima versione di PRESTAHOP La mattina del 6 agosto 2016 ho provato ad accedere al BACK OFFICE come al solito con la stringa di comando con il .it IL browser ( qualsiasi tipo mozilla chrome esplorer ) mi dice che la pagina non è raggiungibile. Dopo vari tentativi e controlli sul mio hosting 1AND1 ( dove si riportava che tutto funziona correttamente) ho provato a cambiare il .it con il .com Sono quindi riuscito ad entrare nel BACK OFFICE ma il sistema mi dice che sono entrato come .com invece che come .it e mi suggerisce di modificare questo accesso nella sezione SEO&URLS dove appunto è scritto il mio sito .it Mi chiedo come mai questo cambiamento senza spiegazione. Possibile un attacco PIRATA? Dico infine che se si digita il mio sito .com la barra di navigazione lo reindirizza correttamente al .it Sul server il mio appoggio principale del sito è con il .it Non mi spiego questo cambiamento ed ho molta paura che ci sia qualche attacco pirata che mi danneggi. Per favore chiedo aiuto e consiglio su come risolvere questo problema e soprattutto se lo devo considerare un problema oppure è "normale" che ci sia questa richiesta di reindirizzamento al .com nel modulo SEO&URLS Grazie per la collaborazione

Salve Ho avuto dei problemi di hacker e ho necessità di proteggere il mio SHOP ONLINE. Avrei notato il modulo "MODULO PROTECT MY SHOP" chiedo se nessuno lo ha mai provato e se si come si è trovato se davvero è efficace e soprattutto non ha avuto problemi di interfaccia con PRESTA 1.6.0.9 ( la versione che ho io) Chiedo anche suggerimenti per altri eventuali moduli efficaci e senza problemi.
