Hello. That was almost 2 years ago, i can not remember. It was about that admin of the host had made some setting they did not work and revert back to the old settings, and after that was working. It was about that PHP did not detect corecttly if it is or not and HTTPS:// connection and about "remote ip from reverse proxy" But maybe is not the same issue on your case. I do not have more detail info about this.

It is solved, the issue was at the hosting company and they resolve it.

Hello. I have this problem started on 1 april , after 01:00 in the night. If i navigate thru the menus of the backoffice, it will send me to the login screen in 10-20 seconds. if i want to edit a product, change nothing or something and then save, most of the times will send me to the login screen. I have this issue on the same host with 2 prestashop, one is 1.6.1.23 and the other one is 1.7.5.1. in 2 differents directories. I disable the cache on prestashop and empty cache on chrome, no improvement. I try with Chrome, IE11, Firefox, android phine with Chrome. Genul acesta de eroare este de la modulul cargus care nu se poate conecta la site-ul cargus , poate din cauza user-ului si a parolei. Cand pica serverul Cargus , nu se mai pot plasa comenzi pe magazinul prestashop. Daca sunt pe faza , ma duc in Back office si dezactivez repede modulul cargus. Cand vad ca si-a revenit serverul cargus, activez modulul cargus la loc. Aici am mai scris cum se instaleaza si configureaza modulul Cargus https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/625162-urgent-cargus/ Urmariti pasii respectivi si o sa va functioneze dupa aceea modulul. Daca nu va descurcati , dati-mi un mesaj privat. O seara minunata.

Salut. Eu folosesc modulul de la Cargus , versiunea urgentcargus-prestashop-1.6.x-20170308.zip pe un PrestaShop version 1.6.1.4 si nu am probleme. Imi genereaza awb-uri , le pot modifica, le tiparesc. Eu sunt multumit de modul. Banuiesc ca ai cont la ei pe portal https://app.urgentcargus.ro/Logged.aspx si mai trebuie sa-ti faci un cont si la https://urgentcargus.portal.azure-api.net/ Odata modulul instalat , trebuie configurat in CONFIGURARE MODUL URGENT CARGUS sunt 4 campuri , primele 2 campuri API Url la mine este https://urgentcargus.azure-api.net/api Subscription Key care ti-l creezi pe https://urgentcargus.portal.azure-api.net/ Username nu mai tin minte daca este userul de aici https://app.urgentcargus.ro/Logged.aspx sau de aici https://urgentcargus.portal.azure-api.net/ Password nu mai tin minte daca este parola de aici https://app.urgentcargus.ro/Logged.aspx sau de aici https://urgentcargus.portal.azure-api.net/ La carriers , am editat la Cargus la punctul 2 Shipping locations and cost , am pus bifa la zona unde este cuprinsa Romania si la TAX am ales cel cu 19% ca sa-mi calculeze cu tot cu TVA , transportul final. La punctul 3 Size weight and group acces am bifat la group acces toate tipurile de clienti. La p unctul 1 general seetings nu mai stiu daca apare automat la tracking url sau trebuie completat manual , am pus https://app.urgentcargus.ro/Private/Tracking.aspx?CodBara=@ ca sa pot sa dau clic pe AWB si sa ma duca pe site-ul cargus sa vad starea coletului, valabil si ptr clientii magazinului . Daca tot nu te descuri poti incerca cu un email la [email protected] sau imi dai email-ul pe privat si iti trimit documentatia care am primit-o de la ei .

Si eu am incercat in o gramada de feluri sa fac update de la prestahop 1.6.X.X la 1.7.X.X si nu am reusit , nici automat prin 1 click upgrade si nici manual.

am rezolvat problema asa Am cautat in toate fisierele din directorul magazinului care contin fraza %e-mail% am gasit 6 fisiere in directorul /app/Resources/translations/ro-RO si anume AdminAdvparametersHelp.ro-RO.xlf ModulesContactinfoShop.ro-RO.xlf ShopNotificationsSuccess.ro-RO.xlf ShopThemeCheckout.ro-RO.xlf ShopThemeCustomeraccount.ro-RO.xlf ShopThemeGlobal.ro-RO.xlf Am descarcat pe pc fisierele, le-am deschis cu notepad si am inlocuit fraza %e-mail% prin REPLACE ALL cu fraza %email% Odata ce am modificat in toate 6 fisiere , le-am urcat inapoi pe site si am dat EMPTY CACHE din Back-office/Performance , si mi-a aparut corect adresa de mail unde trebuie sa apara. Daca problema se rezolva asa si la tine , te rog sa modifici titlul topicului in REZOLVAT

Eu mi-am pus pe telefonul android programul Prestashop Mobile Assistant . Cum primesc o comanda sau cineva isi face un cont nou , automat programul ma anunta si din setarile android-ului pot sa aleg ce sunet doresc. Telefonul sta mai tot timpul langa mine , nu sunt nevoit sa stau langa un calculator ca sa aud sunetul cand cineva plaseaza o comanda. Pe langa asta , programul mai are si alte optiuni care ma ajuta in gestionarea/procesarea comenzilor , direct din program. Pana acuma e singura optiune care am gasit-o, cand completez numarul de AWB la o comanda , de pe telefon, prestashop nu trimite automat mail catre client.

Sau Intri in comanda prin butonul din dreapta comenzii VIEW. Odata intrat in comanda , jos la produse , in dreapta produselor ai EDIT (pentru a umbla la pret sau cantitate) sau langa el un buton mic care daca dai pe ei apare si DELETE si stergi produsul respectiv din comanda. Odata ce comanda este generata , prin modulele native de la prestashop nu am gasit nici o cale sa modific metoda de transport , sau sa o adaugi. Am gasit cum poti sa anulezi valoarea transportului prin adaugarea unui discount si la tipul de discount alegi free shipping.

In cazul in care nu ai rezolvat problema, ai un modul in lista de module , care exact asta face si anume DATE OF DELIVERY care il configurezi ptr ce curier doresti , cate zile ii ia pana la livrare, daca livreaza sambata si duminica. dupa care la plasarea comenzii de catre un client o sa-i apara cand selecteaza un curier, o data estimativa de livrare.
