Same problem here. When the built in prestashop smarty cache is enabled, and the blocklayered module us used on frontend for color filtering, the small color boxes are not shown or are showed randomly in the product list. I also have third party pagecache module, with that there is no problem. But if I turn off prestashop smarty cache the admin is slow, so this is not the proper solution. The problem appeared after updating from 1.6.0.14 to 1.6.1.1 and is still there in 1.6.1.2.

Thank for the guide. The topic is a little bit old But now is the time for me to move from a shared environment linux/apache to a VPS win server 2008 R2 / IIS. Can you please write a few lines about performance? My plan is to start with 1 or 2 GB of memory.

You have to revert manually to previous version of blockCMS. After I updated to 1.6.0.14 with multishop option enabled, I have the same problem as above. I checked the CMS pages on backoffice, it was totally messed up, showing content pages from one shop under the other shop. Unfortunately I saves a content page this messes my database too. So After reverting the module to previous version I have to revert my blockCMS database tabels from backup too.
