I had many problems in the backoffice because of the missing hungarian language texts, so temporarily.. I merged the two (english and the hungarian) localisation admin.php-s, extending the gappy hungarian one only with the missing or empty keys. Now the backoffice lets me in with hungarian default language and seems to be working flawlessly. (In PHP I just save the original language array, and at the end merge them:

I have the same issue.. after logging in / registrating / doing quick checkout, the TAX goes missing, not calculating at all... (PS 1.6.0.9) I tried to recreate TAX rules to every country, tried to import tax info to my country again, nothing helped.. Please help! Thank You!

Also doesn't work for Hungarian language (using the latest PrestaShop and PayPal module). I had to edit the .tpl file: http://ctrlv.in/420107 I commented out the original not working code part (marked with red arrow).
