    Thank you for the reply, I have fixed the issue by deleting the prestashop theme folder in FTP and uploaded my theme on there and this fixed the issue.

    I have also tried importing the theme from FTP, I get the error 'Bad configuration file'.

    Thanks for the reply, I am using Prestashop v1.6.0.8. Themes then add new themes >import from computer> upload theme (zip folder) then save. I keep getting 'Missing temporary folder' error after uploading the zip folder.

    Hello, I am trying to upload a new theme from my computer, but keep getting the 'Missing temporary folder' error. I have tried about 4 different themes, but still getting this error. Any help will be appreciated?
