    I'd love to have an answer for this question. I was trying everything (putting Vimeo code, inserting a link, uploading a movie to the site image folder) - nothing worked!!! Did anyone had managed to solve this issue???

    maybe the word attribute was misleading. as I wrote, I had added a text fielsd as explained in your topic (Catalog > Products > Edit, go to Customization tab, add 1 Text field, defined the label of the text field, save - I hope this is detailed enough...) then went to the Product page but can't see any new "Product Customization" tab - see this link: http://weissjewelryshop.com/en/name-necklaces/611-hebrew-name-necklaces-personalized-necklace-14k-gold-.html

    I've added the text attribute as explained but I can't see any "Product Customization" tab on the Product page (I cleared the cash but it didn't help) - did I miss anything

    I had the same issue. The problems was I put my email instead of the ebay ID in the module configuration page (in my case the ID was the shop name and not the email) - after putting the correct ID everything worked fine.
