Hi everyone, I use Prestashop 1.6.11 and my website (front and back offices) went totally white. I searched the reason of the error and the system alert me like below: Fatal error: Class 'Cache' not found in /home/agoratex/www/classes/ObjectModel.php on line 1572 The problem is that i hadn't done any modifications for 1 week any modifications before the appearance of this error. I also cannot find the cache folder in www file. It disappeared. If you have any idea to solve this problem, can you pls share it with me? Best regards

Hello, I use Prestashop 1.6 I need a developer for the creation of 2 new modules. 1st Module: Actually, i already use 1 module but it needs to be developped or you can leave this module and create a new one. 2nd Module: I need another new module which will be mostly related with the 1st module. OR, you can create only one module which will comprise these 2 modules. I need some one to discuss all these options. If eneyone is interested, can you pls be in contact with me? Thanks

Hi every body, I want to upgrade my version (1.6.9) to the latest one (1.6.11) using 1 click upgrade module. But at the right side explanation, there is a warning (not checked in green) for the php.ini PHP's max_execution_time setting has a high value or is disabled entirely (current value: 2880 seconds) I looked some forums and i saw that i have to fix some points in PHP.ini file. I am hosted by OVH and they don't allow you to make configuration for shared hostings. I will contact them but what i don't know what to ask exactly about what execution time setting must be setted. In the fallowing tutorial link, the author suggest to disable the “max_input_time” and increase the “max_execution_time” to 300 seconds. https://www.prestashop.com/blog/en/where-is-php-ini-file/ If i make this change, can i have a problem after? The value of 2880 seconds is not better than 300 seconds? Thanks for your help.

After to upgrade my localhost, To Do List appear and it says to make + F5. After to reenter to my backoffice, i did it and it's good and all the drop down menus worked. Now it's time to upgrade the latest version on my real web site. But i have unfortunatly another problem about my PHP executation time setting. hi, Before to update the previous version on my web site, i updated it on my localhost to make a test. At the left side, i see all the menus but non of them show the sub menus. i tought that i made a mistake with 1 click update and i removed all the www files and i installed once again the new version. The same error, i can not edit my back office menus. Do you have any idea why i have this problem? This is bcs the new version don't work properly on localhost? thank you

Hi, I have a question to ask about Multistore. I read the documentations but i cannot solve a problem. I have a web site that the concept is based on fashion and textile. I want to have 2 front offices and 1 back office which is the multistore. Shop 1 for France: Categories: 1- Men, 2- Women, 3- Home Textile Language: French Money: Euro Shop 1 URL : www.monsite.com Shop 2 for UK: Categories: 1- Men, 2- Women Language: English Money : Pound Shop 2 URL : www.monsite.co.uk I cannot unfortunately do what I want for the 2nd shop: First, url of 2nd shop doesn’t work I deselected “Home” from the categories but it did not work I want to configure the language only in English and money in pound but I cannot. Can you please tell me where I am doing wrong? Thanks

Bonjour, J’ai une question à poser sur Multistore. J’ai lu les documents mais je n’arrive pas à résoudre mon problème. J’ai un site dont le concept est basé sur la mode et le textile. Je veux avoir 2 front office et 1 back office (c’est le multistore). Shop 1 pour la France : Catégories: 1- Homme, 2- Femme, 3- Maison Langue: Français Monnaie : Euro Shop 1 URL : www.monsite.com Shop 2 pour l’Angleterre: Catégorie : 1- Homme, 2- Femme Langue : Anglais Monnaie : Pound Shop 2 URL : www.monsite.co.uk Je n’arrive pas malheuresement à faire ce que je veux pour le shop 2 : D’abord, URL du Shop 2 ne marche pas Je désélectionne « la Maison » dans les catégories mais ça ne marche pas. Je veux que la langue apparaisse seulement en anglais et la monnaie en Pound pour le Shop 2. Mais ça ne marche pas encore une fois. Où je fais une erreur, pouvez m’aider svp ? Merci

Salut à tout le monde, Je viens d'installer la derniere version de prestahop (1.5.6.2) j'utilise un local host (wamp server 64 bits Apache 2.4 / 2.2E) j'ai un Windows 7 / 64 bits Mon back office marche trop lentement... Parfois un seul click prend plus de 40 secondes et parfois 10 secondes. J'ai installé une 2eme fois wamp server et prestashop mais tjrs le meme probleme. c'est à cause de mon local host server? ou c'est qqch lié à back office? aidez moi svp pour résoudre ce probleme. hi to every one. i have just installed the last version of prestashop (1.5.6.2) i am using a local host (wamp server 64 bits Apache 2.4 / 2.2E) i have Windows 7 / 64 bits My problem is that the back office is working very very slowly. Some times a click takes more than 40 seconds and some times 10 seconds. I installed twice wamp server and prestashop but my prestashop back office is still working slowly. Is it about my local host server? or is it about some thing to do inside of back office? Please help me to solve this problem. thanks
