Solved. When I turned off all caching and recompiled the problem resolved itself.

Prestashop version 1.6.1.12 I have the same problem. I disabled some countries which we couldn't ship to during the Covid-19 lockdown. I have now activated some of them again but when a customer tries to register there are no countries appearing on dropdown during customer address registration. It is also not allowing entry of a country for any shipping address during the order process. Did you find a solution to this problem? Many thanks for any help !

Hi All, I still have found no solution to my problem. I first became aware of not being able to access Images in Preferences after I noticed that the watermark was not appearing on all my products. Could the Watermark module have a bearing on this? Any help would be much appreciated.

Today I noticed that I cannot access Preferences > Images . I can get into everything else on the Preferences menu. Can anyone help please?

I too have problems with the elation liquid theme and have never had a reply to my emails. When the screen size is reduced on this theme , as on a smart phone, a new navigation dropdown menu appears but my problem is that the menu items are not the same as those which I have set up on my main horizontal menu and I can't figure out where they are coming from. Does anyone know how this is set up? Thanks
