  1. Im having the same issue. I have transferred my shop from 1 domain to another domain ( from domainY change to domainX) and then get this error. I have delete class.index but the problem keeps remaining. I don't know if i makes a difference but I see no htaccess file Unable to getting back office Any help?
  2. I recently updated my store to the latest 1.6.1.13 prestashop and discovered an error. Undefined index: base_price in /home//www.------.com/cache/smarty/compile/f1/77/e3/f1771.file.product.tpl.php on line 675 The issue is the product price with discount quantity. When quantity is 1, price shows correct. But when the quantity increases and a quantity discount should apply, the price drops to 0,00. If you add the discounted amount in the basket, the basket will show the correct price incl. discount. I tried to file in smarty/compile, but this does not help as it gets regenerated. And shows the same issue I would like to solve this error but dont know where to find the solution.
  3. I have the same issue. Im using a multistore, but only default store gets updated. I had this problem before with Presta 1.6 and the found an article on forge.prestashop. This one I cant find any more, but what it came down to is that something in a file had to be changed for all stores to update. I keep looking for this post, if I can find it Ill update you - Or is someone from the community knows what im talking about, please link
  4. Hi I just received an complain from a customer. Our site sells all products without tax. Simple because we dont have to charge. Depending on the customers location, the customer might be charged with local taxes. After this customer paid, the side brought them back to the site and toke a picture of the price incl. TAX. This is strange because we have all without taxes select. Can some tell me how to fix this. BTW on the site and invoices it shows correct and that is without tax.
  5. Hi, I have been using Prestashop Multistore for a few years now and just today I received an email from my hosting letting me know my database is becoming to big. I'm hosting from Godaddy and the DB limit is 1 GB. My DB is 2 GB. I emptied all additional data in de DB such as ps_guest - ps_connectect and a few others. I see that the Search index is and search words are using more than 50% of the DB size. I use 6 languages and have about 5k products. Solution A: Move to another host - I found a host with no limit on the DB - but a limit on the traffic. For now this would solve my problem. Solution B: Godaddy suggested to split the database. Is this even possible and will the stores still be running? Solution C: Split the amount of stores that run on one DB to reduce the DB size and traffic and create a second multistore Can somebody give me advise on this.
  6. Hi, I have my multistore running on Prestashop 1.6.1.3 and noticed that when creating an invoice the invoice number is different from the order ID. I would like to see them to be the same of that the order ID gets added to the invoice. I have seen more similar people with this issue, but can't find the solution. Any body?
  7. Hi, Replace your files for these two, it should work now. Search.php searchcron.php
  8. What happens after you press add missing products, do you get a blank page or error code. I get do get an error, and a time out. Its frustrating because 50% of the products don't show in the search
  9. This is the solution. As I assumed that all domains would point to the same server, pay close attention to which server GoDaddy points the parked domain. Its not automaticly the same. Simply change it to the pointed one and ready. Please markt this topic as solved
  10. Yes, well maybe this is the same problem that we have with the multistores. You will just have to wait, maybe with the next update this problem wil be solved
  11. Hi, I recently moved to GoDaddy hosting. Everything is working good on my main store ( i have multistore enabled ) I also have multistore enabled and I'm getting for some stores the message : Safari can't find server ( I tried also on other browser systems and are getting similar kind of messages). The strange thing is, that some stores do work and others don't. So I rebuild the ht.access file. Checked my database on shopurls, erased shop urls in the multistore section, waited 48 hours to see if a server update would help, add a new multistore, emptied cache, erased web history and cache, deleted the parked domain and added it again, but nothing seems to help I'm out of options at the moment within my knowledge. Who knows what this could be and how to fix it. I'm guessing it has something to do with the links. Help would be appreciated. UPDATE!! So I'm looking now at the DNS settings in my Cpanel and see that even though from the server where im hosting I directed the domain to the new server the point of direction in GoDaddy is to a different server. This begins to make sense now.
  12. Hi if you tried to rebuild the whole index and it doesn't work, then try by adding the products by click that option. As far as I know, there is a problem with the multistores search option product index. You can also go to forge.prestashop.com to ask for support
  13. Hi, The solution is to switch the product : available tab and show price on For some reason after the update this needs to be done manually Maybe it will be fixed with the 0.12 version
  14. Have you tried to reset the home slider in modules, this sometimes can help
