Hi, thank you, i've found the issue is with a module installed recently, had to rename the module folder name via ftp and now the manager works fine.

After clearing the cache from advanced parameters/performances i can't access module manager anymore, i get a blank page. Running PS 1.7.6.2

I get an error when i try to purchase a module from PS Addons. I'm sure my Paypal is not the issue cause i use it everyday to make payments, so it's some bug related with Addons site. I tried to change browser already just in case but the issue persists still. For the records, it's the 3rd time i try to purchase that module, first and second one on 25th of May and third today.

Could be an issue with PHP? I don't understand much but dowloading the phppsinfo script i get all directories set as not writable:

I'm not using the classic theme, should i switch to classic and check if it works there? Btw there's no text field with "tax excl." in the classic theme. The current theme i'm using is Angar Theme. I checked everywhere and "tax excl." text only appears in other translations

Hello, i can't find how to modify the text "(tax excl.)" in the cart page. I can go to international>translations>other translations>english where there's a field named "(tax excl.)" but if i change it or delete it and save nothing happens. One strange thing, if i delete the text with backpsace the text field is reset once the cursor reach the last character. I have another language installed, tried for that one too but nothing happens either. current PrestaShop version: 1.7.6.2 current PHP version: 7.3.33

How to add a fee when customer is a company and the cart's total is greater than a certain amount? Do you know of any modules who can do this?

How can i restore the Paypal logo in shopping cart? I can see for one of the languages (italian) but not for the other one (english). See attachment Thank you!

As title says i can't update settings.inc.php file. I do this: download it with FileZilla, modify with Notepad++, save with php extension then upload it but a pop-up message appears saying something like: "file couldn't be transfered". This happens both if there's already a settings.inc.php in folder (then the pop-up windows ask me if i want to overwrite the destination file) and even when settings.inc.php is not in the folder. Can you help? Thanks you in advance!

I run 1.5.4.1 and had same issue with free shipping for non logged in users, that's annoying. Didn't read the entire topic so don't know if someone already suggested it but disabling the shipping estimation module and basket block both for guests than visitors fixed the problem. I don't use guest checkout in my shop so i disabled shipping estimation module for guests too but those who actually use guest checkout may just disable shipping estimation module and basket block for visitors only. To do it just go to customers>groups then click the modify icon and unauthorize both modules inside module restriction tab and hit save. Once done, not logged in users will be still able to add product to basket but if they mouse over the basket tab nothing will happen (instead of opening the tab with shipping estimation). If they click on it the basket opens but without shipping estimation. Guess this is the fastest and easiest method to accomplish this task Hope could help! Omar

Same story for me too, upgraded to 3.8.1 and it stopped to charge shipping expenses. I did some tests, like sending money to myself through a different account and see what would happen, i've found that checking "Authorization/Manual capture (payment shipping)" would partially solve the shipping expenses charging problems, at least for those who have a paypal account. Those who don't have a paypal account but just fill in their credit card details aren't charged with shipping fee any way. Tried to contact the developer on 24th November but after a couple of mails i didn't get any reply back...

Ciao a tutti, dovrei inserire un cliente con partita iva ma, come già ben saprete, Prestashop di base non offre un modo per distinguere i clienti dotati d'IVA da quelli privati, né da back-office né tanto meno dal front-office in fase di registrazione.
