The module is already built in prestashop module. Just type mail alert in module sections and you will find it. Just install it and configure.

Ok found the solution. It was to do with Localization - Advanced - Country identifier. Need to update according to your desired country. Thank you all for your efforts. Solved!

Specific prices have been created but they show on the frontend but not on the backend. There is no option to delete etc. So now if I want to remove specific prices for the products that have been created, there is no option to do it. Please check images above.

In Prestashop 1.6.1 if bankwire or payments don't show, I tried everything until I found the solution by Localization>Localization and at bottom Advanced and confirming the country identifier. It was us and changed it desired country and payment options showed.

I think I did not explain it properly. The specific price has already been created but it does not show again once it's created. Please view the pics below.

After adding specific price for the price with discount, it works and shows discount etc on front end however, once you want to either modify or delete the specific price, there is no option. It shows empty section for specific price and if you click add specific price, it gives an error message that special price already exists? I've used prestashop for quite a few websites but this is the first facing this issue?

try to login backend admin from either www. or without www and see if that works.

Login the admin via www or without www and see if it works. You can probably install the admin files again via ftp and it should work then.

I've got the same problem with version 1.6.1.1. After adding specific price for the price with discount, it works and shows discount etc on front end however, once you want to either modify or delete the specific price, there is no option. Can someone solve this issue?

Hi all.. I've a major problem when a customer pays through credit card(paypal merchant) the order is received on the backend as well as customer receives confirmation. But on the website, they get an error " 404" page not found after placing a successful order. Please check the image below as this is what that they get once payment is gone through. You can even see what url it is showing after order is placed... I think there should be " Thank you page or order confirmation page telling them that we have got the order and the payment. Can someone please help - urgent!
