Hello ! I activated this option in BO but it wont displayed in front office ! Any idea to fix it? My website www.eksimanta.lv PS 1.7 Or It should display only as small font size text in bottom in checkout page ? If so than everything is ok . Is it possible to get it in product page ?

Thanks ! Already cleaned ! Reinstaled ! But no changes ! I mean maybe there is a way to turn of displaying lens for category page throgh FTP by modifing some lines ?

I have noticed another problem ! I can't disable zoom for category page from Back Office . In BO it is Deactivated but it still zooms category page images ! Is there any other way to deactivate it for category page ? Thanks !

Hello ! I am using module Creative Slider ! And when I install Zoom module my slider dissapears and I get this error ! Multiple jQuery issueIt looks like that another module or your theme loads an extra copy of the jQuery library causing problems for CreativeSlider to show your sliders.

I transfered only my domain to new hosting ! I managed to install fresh PS instalation on new hosting because old one has 100 errors . Now I got fresh working 1.7.6.4 PS instalation on my new hosting ! I only need to get my products ! Only place where they are is my old database on old hosting ! What can I do ? How can I get products on new store ? I'm really not a professional . I exported from my old database all ps_category tables one by one , and all ps_product tables and all image tables ! Then imported in to new database ! As I said front office works fine . Problem with Backooffice ! Only thing that I can do is add all products manually !? It will take 100 hours And I loose all google search results ?!

I am trying to export my products from my old prestashop 1.7.2.3 database to my new store database which runs latest 1.7.6.4 I exported/imported tables ps_products categories,atributes ,images,combinations and other I needed. Front office works fine ! Problem is in Backoffice ! I can't update any products info ! I can't add New product, I cant'dublicate product ! When I press add to cart button it redicerts to Dahbord main page . I enabeled DEBUG MODE and get this when I pres add to cart button ! In new 1.7.6.4 ps_product table structure there is 53 rows But in old 1.7.2.3 is only 50 rows additional_delivery_times' and two others is missing I should add them ? How ? Hello ! Please suggest easy way to remove user account registration section in checkout page ! I want to keep only guest checkout option ! I atacched screen shot . I want to remove all fields in red squares ! ~75L0pil No I did not made any screenshots ! In versions Comparission differnece betwen versions after upgarde there was still a lot files to upgrade . Design in some places was like it was in earlier versions ,many functions missing . So I decided to to install fresh coppy of latest version ! Now everything looks ok ! What shold I do to get my products back ? Only things I did : I downloaded img folder ! And exported products csv file with some free module from ETS soft . Attached file . I exported categories csv file with bassic backoffice tool . I got acces to my old hosting data base ! Now I shold import some tabs and replace them in new database ? Is there still any chance to get back products ? It will bee good enough to get back at least products with images and descriptions . I will surrvive if lost combinations and atributes ! Shows that upgrade complete but many things in back office is from older version ! Tried several times ! Now I want to install fresh copy of latest prestashop version with deafault theme and settings ! I want to keep only categories and products with images and descriptions and atributes . How can I import/ export them ?

Only valuable data is products,product images, destrcriptions and atributes ! It will take 2-3 weeks if I be forced to moove them manuaally to new instalation. Is it possible to move them in database ?

Thanks for answer ! I contacted my hosting provider ! They said that changing php versions while working with modules can cause that some files can simply collapse . They suggest to reinstall fresh coppy of prestashop .

Any ideas?
