Bonjour , Je cherche à modifier l'ordre d'impression des lignes articles dans une facture PDF. Je suis en PS 1.7.8. J'ai ajouté un champ supplémentaire sur les lignes d'articles dans mes factures PDF (l'emplacement) et je souhaite maintenant que les articles soient listés par ordre de cet emplacement, et plus par ordre alphabétique des noms d'articles. Je ne trouve pas comment faire et où faire la modif. Quelqu'un pourrait-il me glisser une idée ? Merci d'avance, Patrice

But this is not what I am looking for: In PS 1.6, you could select one of the product image with the "Add an image in our descrition" feature (in the bottom of the editor as shown in picture in my first message), and you were getting a tag to paste in the description, to have your picture included. Hi there, In Prestashop 1.6, in some occasions, we used the "Add an image in our descrition" feature. This feature adds a tag in the product description to show the image in the description. I can't find a similar feature in PS 1.7 or PS 8. Can anyone help me on how to do this ? Thank you PatJ

Hello I am working on making an english version of our web site in PS 1.6 (default langue is French) When I select the english language, and I click on the cart, it tries to open the "order" page and it does not work. The error is something like: "The page is not redirected correctly". When in French version and I click on the cart, the page opening is "quick-order" and it works (we are configured to use the "one page checkout".) I don't understand why in english the page is "order" and why in French the page is "quick-order", where could I check this ? When I configure our PS to use the "standard (five steps)" checkout, everything wortks in both languages. Any idea of what the problem may be ? Thank you

Hello All, I am working on making my web site (Prestashop 1.6) in English, in addition to the default French version I already have. I have this problem: when the English is selected and I click on the Logo on the header, this opens the French home page, and not the English home page. Same when I click on the "home" logo in the breadcrumb. I can't find what is the smarty variable I should use to change in the code so that I can have the english homepage when english is selected. Hello Thank you for your answer. I am quite suprised I have to do this in the code. The host of our web site told us they will soon change their mail server configuration and will not allow any more a "from" address to be with a different domain from our domain name. As far as I know this would be in line with what is done most of the time on mail servers to avoid spam. This is why I am looking at this.

In my 1.6.1.20 Prestashop, I don't have Shop Parameters -> Contact -> Stores neither Shop Parameters -> Contact -> Contacts In Preferences > Store Contacts I have our email, and I don't want to change our email. It is ok. When someone send an email from the contact form, the "From" adress is not our contact email, or our store email, or any of our emails. The email "from" address is the email the customer used when he completed the contact form. Exemple, if customer John Doe (email [email protected]) complete our contact form, so the email will be sent to our adress with john.doe@gmail as "from" adress. Hi there, As I can see, when an email is sent by the contact form, the "from" address is the email of the person feeding the form. ( example, emails with domain such as gmail.com , yahoo.com, etc..) Salut Je me répond à moi-même au cas où la situation servirait à d'autres: Le message d'erreur ne disait pas clairement que le serveur de bdd n'était pas accessible. Ce qui m'a enduit d'erreur... Mais je me suis dit qu'un autre test valait le coup: Comme nom de serveur de bdd dans l'install de PS, j'ai indiqué le nom du cluster (XXXXXX.clusterXXX.hosting.ovh.net) plutôt que le nom du serveur de bdd indiqué dans le panel d'OVH et le test de connexion (et l'install) ont fonctionné nickel. J'ai revérifié dans ma première install de PS (celle qui a fonctionné sans problème) et c'est bien le nom du serveur de bdd que j'ai utilisé et qui a fonctionné. On dirait donc que la résolution de ces noms de serveur de bdd soit un peu "bancale" sur ces hébegements OVH... Je vais d'ailleurs tenter de modifier le fichier parameters.php de la première install pour lui mettre le nom du cluster, ce qui me semble plus fiable apparemment.

Bonjour, Je viens de prendre un hébergement OVHCloud pour faire des tests sur des installs vierges Prestashop 1.7. J'ai pu monter la première install sans problème (dans un sous-répertoire de www, sur lequel pointe un sous-domaine). Pour la deuxième install, que j'ai configuré de la même manière (dans un sous-répertoire de www, sur lequel pointe un sous-domaine), je ne parviens pas à installer la base de données. J'ai le message: "An error occurred: Can you please reload the page" lorsque je clique sur "tester la connexion..." J'ai testé mes infos de connexion en accédant à PHPMydamin et c'est bon. J'ai aussi testé de mettre les infos de la bdd de la première install qui a marché (et qui fonctionne toujours) et cela ne fonctionne pas non plus. Y'a t'il des logs d'install que l'on puisse consulter ? Quel peut être le problème ? Version de PS: 17.7.6.8, PHP 7.2 Merci de me souffler des suggestions Patrice

Salut à tous Suite au rachat de PHPNET par MAGICONLINE, je suis très mécontent de mon expérience de ces derniers temps qui n'augure rien de bon (Panel bloqué par un bug pendant 1 semaine, réponse du support super lent et qui au final propose un devis pour tout réponse, un vrai désastre...) j'envisage donc de changer de crémerie. Mais c'est délicat de choisir un hébergeur, au delà des prix des configurations proposées, la qualité du support et sa réactivité sont importants. Qui pourrait me donner un avis sur PlanetHoster par exemple ? Comment est le support ? Quels sont les hébergeurs à éviter, ceux qui au contraire ont une bonne réputation ? Y'en a t'il qui ont plus particulièrement de bonne connaissances de Prestashop (ce serait un plus) ? Merci de vos avis,

Hello Thank you for your answers. I made some tests: I noted the path of images and checked with a FTP software. When a product is deleted, its pictures are immediatly deleted as well.

Hi there (PS 1.6) We have Prestahop web site since 10 years now. And so we deleted many products from PS during this time. I am wondering if product image files are deleted from server when a product is deleted from product list un backoffice ? Is this an automatic process, or do I have to remove manually the files ? And in this case, how can I do ? Thank you, Patrice
