    Hi there, according the developers's guide, webservice api should be accessible via myshop.com/api/customers/, but it isn't. It opens up a window asking for user and login datas. Where come these information from? SuperAdmin and webservice key doesn't work. Trying to connect via synesty prestashop module, same problem. No authentication Filling in these in browser works: myshop.com/api/customers&ws_key=mykey. How can I solve this problem? Thanks for help

    Hallo! Seit gut zwei Wochen ergibt sich zwischen google analytics und prestashop statistik eine enorme Differenz. In den letzten 5 Tagen (01. - 05. Oktober) habe ich in Prestashop ca. 52.000 Besuche, in google analytics nur noch 8.000 Sizungen beo 6.000 Nutzern. Was läuft da falsch? Zuvor waren die Zahlen in etwa ähnlich. Besten Dank für euere Hilfe, bin wirklich ratlos. Gruß adeep p.s. ich benutze ps 1.6.1.4

    Hi at all, after updating my shop from vers.1.6.0 to 1.6.1.4 I have a problem. All users who click on password forgot get, after entering their emailaddress a ERROR 404 page not available message. I put 'debug-modus' on, but no message apears. Also I cleaned all cache. The problem still exists. Who knows to help me? Thanks a lot. adeep

    Hi, I'm using PS Vers. 1.6.1.4 with multishop on. I have three shops with different timezones, but it's impossible to change the timezone for shop 2 and 3. Any idea or solution? Thanks for help.

    Hi. Using PS 1.6.0.14 I've done a miror of my live installation. After this, on the miror - installation the TopNavigatioBar links don't work anylonger . (Link is shown correct by mouse over, after clicking the error message: The requested document was not fond on this server appears) Any idea what happened and how to solve? Thanks p.s. I solved the problem by deactivating/ activating URL rewriting

    Hallo! Nach Update von PS 1.6.0.14 -> 1.6.1.4 sind im Backend wie Frontend alle Kategorien unterhalb der Hauptkategorie verlorengegangen. In der Datenbank jedoch sind alle Kategorien für alle Shops (ich arbeite mit Multishop) korrekt erhalten. Legt man die Unterkategorien neu per Hand an (natürlich dann mit neuer ID) werden sie korrekt in DB abgespeichert und sind sowohl in Backend als auch Frontend verfügbar. Hat jemand eine Idee, wie es zu diesem Fehler kam und wie ich diesen am besten beheben kann? Für die Hilfe vielen Dank im Voraus.

    Hallo! Ich habe nach Update von PS 1.6.0.14 -> PS 1.6.1.4 folgendes Problem. Im Backend beim Anlegen wird Endpreis korrekt angezeigt, es ist keine Preisregel angelegt, dennoch erscheint im Frontend der Preis 0,00 ebenso wie in der Produktübersicht (Liste) im Katalog Backend. Dieser Fehler tritt (ich benutze Multishop mit drei Shops) nicht bei allen Shops auf. Wird der Endpreis irgendwo in der datenbank aufgeführt? Hat jemand eine Lösung oder Idee? Für die Hilfe vielen Dank.

    Hi, I'm using Prestashop Vers. 1.6.1. and have some troubles with group permissions. I added a new customer group and a new product category, available only for the customers of this group. I want to inform these customers about these new product category by mail with a link. How can I achieve that customers directly can see these products by clicking on the given link without to have to login before? Thanks for your help. adeep

    Hi, I'm using prestashop vers. 1.6.0.14 with multishop on. I have one mainstore and two substores. When users try to register on substore, it is impossible to fill in the country. So it is impossible to use the shop. Is there any help? Thanks a lot adeep
