  1. Sounds good, how do you target only the parents and give them a new element? From the .tpl file from what I found I can only modify the code to affect all the elements displayed in the block layered navigation...
  2. We added a checkbox sub-categories filter to our block layered navigation with two levels depth. The problem we are facing is that there is no space added for the second level, so categories from the first and second level are align all together. There is also no unique selector that distinguish the parent category from the child category that we could use to style the list. We created a small script that looked for the content of each link element in the list to check if its an integer (our child categories only contains numbers) and then add a new class to style them. It is not a great solution since we have other layered navigation on our site which would not work with this solution. Is this a normal behavior for the block layered navigation module and does anyone found a solution for this problem? We are using Prestashop 1.5.2.0 Here is a screenshot in inspect element of a parent and child <li> elements from our navigation. Thanks
  3. Is there somebody else for who updating the module to 3.4.4 did not fix that error?
  4. Is it still not possible to import accessories via CSV import?
  5. If there a workaround to have multistore without having the second store pointing to the same webroot directory as the first one? The reason is that we are already using the second domain for other purposes, and pointing this domain toward the first domain will make others pages unreachable. And we don't have to put the files from the second domain in the same webroot directory as the first domain.
  6. UPDATE: Finally it looks like a local problem, I tested on different computers and the shopping cart seems to be working fine. Also its only doing this in Chrome, the shopping cart is working good in FF & IE.
  7. In our error_log file we have a lot of this error: ERROR: PREG_BACKTRACK_LIMIT_ERROR in function packJSinHTML But this error started to occur way before the current issue we are having.
  8. We added some new combinations for items on two of our stores and now we cannot add any items to our cart. Here are our two stores url: 1) http://47diamonddistrict.com/prestashop/ 2) http://47diamonddistrict.com/prestashop/naf In the first store, if we go the the category Engagement Ring (http://47diamonddistrict.com/prestashop/index.php?id_category=32&controller=category) and click on "Add to Cart", it brings us back to the homepage. However, if you click on a specific item (http://47diamonddistrict.com/prestashop/index.php?id_product=47012&controller=product#/color-d/clarity-vs2/carat-050/cut-very_good/metal-14k_white_gold) and click "Add to cart", the item is being added to the shopping cart properly. In the second store, no matter where you are in the store, if you click on the "Add to cart" icon, you see the item being added to the cart but it does not keep it in memory. Every time you refresh a page the cart its goes back to being empty. Any idea how we can fix that? Thanks
  9. Smilla71: We used that theme: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/beauty-jewelry/3177-Jewelry-Prestashop-Theme---PRS010015.html
  10. We are experimenting the multiple shops feature on Prestashop but we have trouble setting up the URL for the second store. We have two stores: http://47diamonddistrict.com/prestashop -> This one is working fine http://naturalfacet.com/prestashop -> We are not able to set the URL for that one I read on others post that we need to point the domain to the same root folder as the other domain and Prestashop will take care of the rest (we added the URL in Prestashop multistore setting). But is it possible to point a sub-folder domain to another domain subfolder, like in our case. For now we cannot use the root domain (naturalfacet.com) to point to the other shop because a website is already active there. Any ideas?
  11. The site works much better since we upgrade from 1.5.1 to 1.5.2. Thanks for the replies!
  12. Great job Prestashop! I updated from 1.5.1 to 1.5.2 using the 1-click install and everything went fine. Above all, we had strong slowness issue on our site when adding items to the shopping cart. After upgrading the speed seems fine even after adding multiple items. Great job!
