I found the problem, www was missing in my browser... I guess it should be consistent with the shop domain name in the configuration (which is using www). Thanks for your help

Hi, I have the same issue. It is not possible to index proces, attributes, URL, nor index globally. I have checked directory (755) and files (644) permissions, created a fresh new filter based on one single category, and concerning parameters put "no" on every option and 0 as depth filter ... Using Prestashop 1.6.0.9 and block layred 2.0.13. Can you please give an advice ?

There is indeed a right click protection but it is not the cause for that GA issue. Problem is finally solved when disabling in performance settings "Move the Javascript code at the end (Déplacer le code JavaScript à la fin)" This sounds like a bug to me, but i disabled it... For selectshop.at, i am not sure that I really understood your explanation about the impact of right click protection but I have also disabled it. I will check if it has a positive action on search engine activity. Thank you, both of you, for your help anyway.

yes, google analytics is still not working and google tag assistant is still showing the same errors

Bonjour, Je rencontre un problème avec le module Google Analytics qui ne remonte plus aucune information : ni compteur de visites, ni stats temps réel, plus rien... Il semble que le pb soit apparu après l'installation du module Prestaspeed. Je suis sous prestashop 1.6.0.9 et j'utilise ganalytics 2.0.9. J'ai réinitialisé le module, désinstallé et réinstallé mais cela est resté sans effet. J'ai vérifié les hooks qui semblent corrects mais je note 2 anomalies avec Google Tag Assistant: No HTTP response detected et Missing analytics.js script. Hi, I finally solved this issue. It is a database problem in ps_configuration table. After upgrading from PS1.4.4.0 to PS1.5.4.1, there are double entries for PS_LOGO_INVOICE and PS_FAVICON. The older entries prevent the new ones from being taken into account. You simply have to remove the older lines in your table and your new logo is accepted

These are the existing logos (1.jpg) Upload of a new logo (facture) seems to work (2.jpg) But the bill still uses the old logo (too big) (3.jpg) And when I come back to my theme page, I can see that the logo has not changed (4.jpg)

Complementary information, I have just upgraded my website from PS 1.4.4.0 to 1.5.4.1 with theme Velvetsky 1.0 to VelvetSky 3.2 frol Dapurpixel. The logos are the one from my original PS version, i would like to change the bill logo as the original one does not fit into the new bill. It is this function that is not working (the logo for the website is ok): upload of new logo impossible. Thanks

I use VelvetSky 3.2 from DapurPixel not the default template

I have the same problem. From admin panel wehenever i try to upload a new logo, it is not taken into account. The logo seems to upload in the back office (I can see it) , yet won't show on my store. I have 1.5.4.1 version.
