  1. Hi there, I have a problem with uploading a theme (13MB), and I got error message "the file is too big". First, I thought it was a problem with OVH, after contacting them, I got the following information (php config) "memory_limit" => 512M "file_max_upload_size => 64M "allow_url_fopen => on "register global => off "safe_mode => off "magicquotes => off So, no problem with memory limit or file max upload size. They said it was probably some configuration in Prestashop. I installed other prestashop with other web hosters (with cPanel), I never have had to configure for this. Could you please help ? Thank you

En effet c'était l'héberger m'avait dit, suite à un problème que redirection (sur les smartphones uniquement je crois, le site est redirigé vers des sites porno) que le fichier htaccess à été modifié : quelques lignes ont été rajoutees avant le code par défaut de prestashop. Comment on modifie chmod ? Et plus généralement comment on peut interdire la lecture directe des fichiers? Merci beaucouo
  3. Bonjour, J'ai installé un site prestashop sur un hébergement de planethoster, il semble que le site est assez vulnérable. En effet j'ai subi plusieurs attaques sur mes sites wordpress, et pour un site prestashop, le fichier htaccess est directement modifié par les hackeurs. J'ai d'autres sites sur d'autres hébergements (OVH, hostpapa), et je n'ai jamais eu ce genre de problèmes. Je voudrais savoir pourquoi cette vulnérabilité. Comment je dois configurer certains paramètres pour éviter cela ? Merci beaucoup de votre aide.
  4. Hi there, I installed several prestashop sites on hostpapa servers, and I never had problems. Then I moved to planethoster, the site is often hacked. One usual problem is that the htaccess file is directly modified by hackers. I would like to know how it is possible, and what should I do to prevent it.   6. Bonsoir à tous J'utilise 1.4.8.2, j'ai rencontré un problème que je n'avais jamais rencontré auparavant. J'utilise souvent l'outil d'import pour charger les catégories et les produits avec des fichiers CSV. Cette fois, je n'arrive pas à charger les images. Pour les images des catégories, j'ai le message suivant: http://www......./E1.jpg ne peux être copié Pour les images des produits, j'ai le message suivant: Erreur lors de la copie de l'image:http://....jpg Pourriez-vous m'aider ? Et ce fichier d'import marche sur d'autres prestashop. Donc j'ai peut-être mal réglé un certain paramètre quelque part ? Je vous remercie de vos réponses.
  7. Salut Leika C'est pas dans "traduction du front office", mais "traduction des modules" Ensuite, les modules liés au thème sont indiqués, souvent en bas. Sinon, on peut trouver "monmon compte" en faisant une cherche : controle + F il faut au début déplier toutes les fenêtres.

  14. Hi Mike, thank you so much for testing my sites. But, I also tried again and again, with a PC and a mac. I have always the same problem. The following order is very important : 1 - Clear the cookies 2 - Go to my main site (url) 3 - Finally, you go to this site , or this (If you miss the 2nd step, and you go directly to 3, you won't see any problem.) And with Chrome, Firefox, IE, I met this same problem. Could you please test again? Thank you so much.
