  1. Managed to rollback to 1.7.0.6. Howto Restore back to 1.7.0.6 Manually : 1. Download complete PS root folder. 2. Delete all files in root 3. Upload all files from /admin/autoupgrade/backup/ Last Backup Folder to root 4. Delete all tables in DB 5. Run the DB Backups from /admin/autoupgrade/backup/ folder as script in phpMyAdmin 6. Go back to your uploaded files and ensure to change recursively files & folder permissions. All files to have 644 permissions & all folders to have 755 permissions. 7. Login to your BO & remove 1-Click Upgrade Module. 8. Download the latest 1-Click Upgrade Module from PS Addons Website and uploaded. You are set with your 1.7.0.6 again. And also managed to upgrade to PS v1.7.1.0 using 1-Click Upgrade v2.0.8 without any problems. Hope this helps.

  3. Hello ! We tried upgrading from 1.7.0.6 to 1.7.1.0 using 1-Click Upgrade. The upgrade failed and when tried to roll back to 1.7.0.6; it gave DB error. Now, when we try to login to BO, it either gives shop/admin/&token=54254db4db02d22dcf78ddf80rtd61f0 - Page Not Found or it redicts to main shop (when we use BO URL without token). How to rectify this? Any suggestions? Manual rollback is not possible for us as the backup for DB & files got corrupt in process of download? Is there anyways to extract backup from the shop/admin/backup folder as that is still intact? If yes, how to do the manual rollback using that? All replies / suggestions deeply appreciated in advance.
  4. Hi tdr170, After you use the in htaccess, the Block Newsletter module stops working. What is the reason for that? Can you provide any solution for this ?
  5. Hello ! I am using PS v1.4.9.0 on 2 stores. In one store, I am able to register for newsletters and it saves the email address in the database; which I am able to retrieve through CSV. I do not use SSL on this store. However, in the other store, the complete setup is same except for the theme and SSL (throughout the website). In this store, I am unable to register for newsletters; which means no emails are getting stored in the database. I request all Presta Gurus to advice me on what the problem is and how can I resolve this? Pls help me. Thanks in advance for reading & replying to my query. RESOLVED .... SSL was the problem. Disable the SSL in store homepage and the newsletter module worked fine.
  6. Hi tdr170, Thanks for your reply but I have not made that modification. In fact, I just upgraded the shop from 1.4.7.3 to 1.4.9.0. But this problem was also present in the 1.4.7.3 version of my shop. I read through all the forums but could not find any solution. So your help will be deeply appreciated. Regards.
  7. Hello ! I am using PS v1.4.9.0 on my website and have the newsletter block v1.4 & newsletter v2.0 installed. I can see the prefix_newsletter table in the database. However, whenever anyone registers for the newsletter, it does not populate the database. Hence, when I try to export the subscribers using csv export, I get the message : The .CSV file has been successfully exported. (0 customers found) Can someone please give me a solution to this strange problem? Thanking you in anticipation of quick replies. Resolved - SSL was the problem.
  8. Good to know your problem was resolved smoothly & quickly. Good luck with the store.
  9. Hi ! I can try to fix it for you as I have recently done the same for a customer. You need to send me the complete backup of your current store along with the database backup. You can pay if the upgrade works fine. Let me know if you are interested by PM.

  13. Your EBS module isnt showing up because it is not being classified as a payment module. You need to edit the php file that comes with the module and change the line for tab recognition. $this->tab = 'payments_gateways'; It will probabaly read something like $this->tab = 'payment'; or something similar.
  14. Hello ! Did you manage to find solution to this problem? I am having same problem with my store now. Pls advice & help. Thanks & Regards, VaibhaV Shah
