Hello everyone , i need small help . When costumer try to add shipping adress . Only only one country are selected and cant change that. How to change that to all countries ?

I changed all that , all works fine thank you very much , I have 2 more color to change . That orange http://prntscr.com/ezu2lk and i have to change ADD TO CART button , i changed here http://prntscr.com/ezu30w , but on product page is not changed http://prntscr.com/ezu383 . How to change that
