Hello I can use some comments to make my shop better. So sugestions are welcome.

Hallo wij hebben sinds vorige week een probleem in de BackOffice. Tot 17-7 ging alles goed maar na die datum worden de getallen bij een bestelling (Overzicht orders) niet meer omgeven door een groene ovaal en worden de totalen niet meer opgeteld. Voorzover ik weet hebben wij geen updates of zo iets gedaan. Hieronder een uitsnede van de orders Wie heeft een oplossing?

Hi Vekia your suggestions was good. I turned piwik off and the site behave as like the demo site. Do you know why piwik gives an error on this? We use piwik instead of Google Analitics

Hello, last year I have updated through conversions, my website (www.lapalma-kralen.nl). I'm very content how the site looks but have a few issues on getting it working as at the demo site from prestashop. I'm using prestashop version 1.6.0.9 The issue: At the front page it will show for several days the new products. When i hoover over the add to cart button it is inactive (grey and transparent). Because it is inactive it will add a product to my cart and comes then with a pop-up screen Also my cart won't update I looked into my database and saw something strange. Several hundreds of my product has in the table ps_products at the field quantity a number but a hole lot of them have a value of zero (0). But when I look in the BO is has a positive value. First picture is from the BO, the second from the db ps_products and the third is from the DB ps_stock_availible I think that this is the problem and the system sees the products as not in stock. Can someone help me to get it right? Thx

Hmm volgens mij gaat dat niet zo en zal je eerst moeten updaten dus eerst naar de versies van 1.4 en verder. Vanaf 1.5 kun je de automatische update gebruiken (1-click-update)

Wij gebruiken de module van Sisow.nl en dat bevalt goed. Makkelijke plugin

Hello after we did an automatic update from the modules in version 1.6.0.5 the site isn't working. Fatal Error This error comes when I go to the details of a product. So I Click the image in the category and then it's going wrong I can't get the information out of the debug so I don't know where it's going wrong? 4 modules where updated: Blockcmsinfo Blockwhislist homeslider and mailalerts Anyone an idee? Je moet dan nog in het tabblad Performance en Prestaties opnieuw compileren aanzetten. Dan je pagina van je site verversen en als het goed is moet ie weg zijn.

URGENT I've a problem with functions or modules in prestashop that send an emailaddress to a guest or user. When i use 'Send to a friend' or forgot password the customer gets an email with a wrong emailaddress. This address always is http://admin430/http://www,lapalma-kralen.nl/******* Our admin folders name is always as a prefix. How can i change something to get rid of it? We are using 1.6.0.5 URGENT! Hallo CAM25, in jouw hoofdmap waar prestashop is geinstalleerd is ook een map themes aanwezig. In deze map worden alle templates voor prestashop opgeslagen. Als je geen template hebt aangeschaft is er een map default. Als je deze map opent zie je allerlei bestanden staan waaronder ook header.tpl Dit bestand moet je bewerken met een php editor (tekstverwerker). Op http://bluefish.openoffice.nl/index.html vindt je een vrij te installeren programma om dit te doen. Nu moet je het bestand header.tpl gaan bewerken. Ergens rond regel 76 zie je het volgende: (Ik heb er even streepjes ingezet om het duidelijk te maken) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <!-- Header --> <div id="header" class="grid_9 alpha omega"> <a id="header_logo" href="{$base_dir}" title="{$shop_name|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}"> <img class="logo" src="{$logo_url}" alt="{$shop_name|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}" {if $logo_image_width}width="{$logo_image_width}"{/if} {if $logo_image_height}height="{$logo_image_height}" {/if} /> </a> <div id="header_right" class="grid_9 omega"> {$HOOK_TOP} </div> </div> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nu moet je de 2 regels die beginnen met <a id= en </a> weghalen. Sla het bestand weer op als header.tpl en ververs je site. Als het goed is is nu het logo verdwenen. Mocht dit niet lukken moet je in de BO onder het tabblad Performance -> Prestaties even de mogelijkheid 'force compilation' aanzetten.De site verversen en dan weer terug zetten op never compile. Zo moet het gaan lukken lijkt me.

Wij zijn vorige weekend overgegaan naar versie 1.6 en i.d.d. is er iets mis met de vertalingen. Er werd bij ons maar standaard 1 taal geïnstalleerd, het Nederlands. Via ftp heb in alle modules (in de map modules en de map temptaties/modules) waar de map mail in stond, extra een map en(engels) aangemaakt en daar de Nederlandse vertaling naar toe gekopieerd. Vanaf dat moment konden wij de vertalingen aanpassen.

Van Sisow ontving ik gistermiddag de nieuwe modules t.b.v. versie 1.6 De Ideal versie werkt nu bij mij. Ik wil jullie de bestanden niet onthouden dus post ik ze bij deze met dank aan Sisowprestashop16.zip

kan ik die uitzetten of zo? Lijkt me invloed te hebben op de verdere werking.
