So I tried upgrading my prestashop version from 1.7.1 to the stable 1.7.2. (something) but after the upgrade it didnt look very good so i tried rolling back but my website crashed, then i mistakenly deleted my database with the help of my provider 1&1, then I hired a person to bring it back. the front office is back but when i try logging into my back office it says user doesnt exist. how do i gain access to my back office??

Hi! I recently added a new template to my wesite and the product images stopped showing. So I changed the template back to the default one but the images are still not showing, I looked at the paths, I changed the permissions, I tried regenerating thumbnails but it doesnt regenerate instead the page shows error. so I cannot regenerate thumbnails. i tried downgrading the prestashop version to the previous backup n still nothing. I do not know what to do. even when i upload new product images they do not show, while uploading it gives error but in the front end they r there when you hover over the image but you cannot see them in the thickbox or the thumbnails. any idea what to do? my website is etnico.me

HI! I am facing some troubles with my store's mobile interface. 1) the navigation bar shows the cart button too big (only in the mobile) so it shoes under the line of the other buttons, i would like it to be inline and smaller. 2) the horizontal menu does not work. i have tried following the solutions on other related topics but they do not work. 3) the language selector drop down list does not work. any help is appreciated, Thanks in advance! Hi, i had installed prestashop 1.7.3 but in that paypal module isnt available so I deleted it and installed prestashop 1.6.1.10 and paypal works fine but I cannot upload any images. from the Logo to product images. I have no idea how to fix this now, plus in the 1.6.1.10 version there is no button to turn on debug mode. I have changed the permissions of files in cpanel like a thousand times all the folders are 0777 now and the folder "img" aswell as its subfolders. when i upload the logo it says "settings have been saved" but the file doesnt upload. when i upload a product image it says "missing temporary folder". when i upload an image to the slider it says "something went wrong". help please?

ahh! yes I have downloaded 1.7 prestashop and i installed a paypal module that works only to 1.6 versions. so what are my options? there isnt any (free) paypal module for 1.7 version of prestashop?
