settings i have made are not applying. for testing purpose I did the setting last night through my personal laptop and today i did it from my official laptop but result is same...settings i have made are not applying

I have opened OfficeAdmin profile and I am trying to give permission to OfficeAdmin by using supperAdmin. but I am getting following message; SuperAdmin Logistician Translator Salesman ApplicationAdmin ApplicationModerator OfficeAdmin Administrator permissions cannot be modified. and I am not trying to modify superAdmin excess permission . whenever I am clicking officeAdmin profile I am getting permission page but it is not working Prestashop version is 1.6.1.6
