Bonjour à tous, j'ai eu le même problème (1.7.8.4 á 1.7.8.8). Après avoir cherché pendant un certain temps, j'ai découvert que le "Interclassement" de la base de données de certaines tables était sur utf8mb3_general_ci au lieu de utf8mb4_general_ci. Tous les Tables ont changé en utf8mb4_general_ci et le site fonctionne à nouveau. C'est une solution qui a fonctionné pour moi. Sauvegardez d'abord votre base de données avant de passer à cette étape. J'espère que cela fonctionnera pour vous aussi. Merci Google pour la traduction

Just the workaround. This works fine. No reaction from prestashop regarding this bug.

The workaround works fine for the logo and will be overwritten if Prestashop updates the template file after they solved this bug. I activated the option "show images" on the invoice. And they also do not show up on the invoice from my shop. So I guess Prestashop has to work on an extra option.

Still ro resolution, even no reaction from anyone from prestashop!

I Updated 2 shops to the latest version op Prestashop (1.7.4.4) and now our invoices don't have a logo. Tried re-uploading the logo file. That seem to be working. Old file is removed, new file is placed and renamed. The new name of the file is also updated in the database. Tried .jpg, .png and .gif... Still no logo on the invoices. All the uploaded files are converted to jpg, which i find strange. In the server error log I find a error: PHP Notice: Undefined property: PrestaShop\\PrestaShop\\Core\\Shop\\LogoUploader::$errors in /home/xxxxx/domains/xx.xx/public_html/src/Core/Shop/LogoUploader.php on line 120\n, referer: https://xxx.xxx/index.php?controller=AdminThemes&token=xxxx Tried changing the image tmp file, no luck... Has anyone else have the same problem? Anyone know a solution? PHP-versie: 7.1.23

Hi rdheld, In the latest version it has been marked as solved in the release notes. I resulted in building the structure differently so we don't need this option. So I can not awnser if the question. Sorry...

I reported this problem as a bug and got a "working on it" response. So no solution yet, but there is still hope. The last 2 updates did not solve the problem.

It seems that the price is calculated from the "default" selected specific price from the product. How can I get the right product combination price from the database?

Ik ben nog steeds bezig met het zoeken naar de oplossing. Het lijkt er op dat de prijs van de als "standaard" geselecteerde combinatie prijs afgetrokken wordt. Hoe kan ik de prijs van de Specifieke combinatie oproepen?

Just reinstalled a complete new version from scratch, still the same problem... Anyone?

I'm working on a shop (Prestashop 1.6.1.10 in the Default-bootstrap theme) and i'm having the following problem : The wish on one product: Packaging 1 (2,5KG) -> € 22,49 Packaging 2 (10KG) -> € 79,99 3x Packaging 2 (10KG) -> € 79,99 - € 10,- = € 69,99 I have a product called Product A. This product consists of 2 Packages. Package 1 is 2,5KG end Package 2 is 10KG. If a costumer buys 3 times Package 2 (30KG) he will get a discount of € 10,- per Package. In the back-end the base-price is Empty (0). Package 1 has a price increase of € 22,49, Package 2 an increase op € 79,99. All works well, I can select both the packages from the drop-down and the prices change accordingly. Now the problem: If I add a volume discount (Specific Prices) on Package 2 saying to give a discount from € 10,- per package starting from 3. The price changes from € 79,99 to € 12,49. So NOT the price from package 2 with a discount (€ 79,99 - € 10,- = € 69,99) but € 12,49, the price from Package 1 (€ 22,49 - € 10,00 = € 12,49). If I add the three Packages to the cart, the correct price is shown in the cart. Including the From, discount and final price. When I change back the quantity to 2, the price goes back to € 79,99. Looking for the solution I tried to put the volume discount from 1x Package 2. So A direct discount. This is shown perfectly on the front-end. So € 79,99 (Strike-trough) - € 10,- (in container) = € 69,99 (Discount price). What is going wrong, is this a Bug and can anyone help me getting this solved? I would like it to show correctly as shown in the attachment (Screen_specific_prices_from_1) Screens from backend added as attachments

Ik loop tegen het volgende aan in prestashop 1.6.1.10 in het Default-bootstrap thema: Doel is 1 product: Verpakking 1 (2,5KG) -> € 22,49 Verpakking 2 (10KG) -> € 79,99 3x Verpakking 2 (10KG) -> € 79,99 - € 10,- = € 69,99 Ik heb een Product A. Dit product bestaat uit twee verpakkingen. Verpakking 1 is 2,5KG en verpakking 2 is 10KG. Als men 3 verpakkingen van 10KG koopt, krijg men een korting van € 10,- per verpakking. Ik heb in het backend het zo ingesteld dat de basis pijs leeg is. Verpakking 1 heeft invloed op de prijs van een verhoging van € 22,49, verpakking 2 een verhoging van € 79,99. Werkt prima. Ik kan uit de dropdown alles selecteren en prijswijzigingen zijn goed. Nu komt het: Als ik de volume korting van de 10KG zo instel dat men vanaf 3 producten van 10KG met een korting krijgt van € 10,- dan past de prijs zich bij 3 producten aan naar € 12,49. De prijs van de verpakking 1 dus met een korting van verpakking 2. Als ik de producten toevoeg aan de winkelwagen staat er wel de correcte prijs. Als ik de waarde weer naar 2 zet, veranderd de prijs netjes weer naar € 79.99 Tijdens het zoeken naar het probleem heb ik als test de volumekorting al op 1 pakket van 10 kg gezet. Dan wordt de prijs prima weergegeven. Dus € 79,99 (streep er door) - € 10,- (in balk) = € 69,99 (aanbiedingsprijs). Wat gaat er fout en kan iemand mij helpen dit correct weer te geven zoals in de bijlage (Screen_specific_prices_from_1) Screens toegevoegd als bijlage
