Hello Everyone. Thank you in advance to everyone that reads this and anyone that can help. So here we go, im having trouble with my site. Currently our site gives out one free gift per order. This works by putting all of the free options in a category and allowing our customers to choose the product that they qualify for ( ex. free 30ml with orders over $30). I pair this with a cart rule allowing a discount of the product amount once the order toal is over $30 and they have added that free product to their cart. Everything works great untill someone uses a voucher and discounts their order. If a voucher is used on a $30 order - making it $10 the cart rule still allows the customer to get the free $30 gift. How can I change this ? We dont have this situation happen to oftain but when it does we are loosing money:(

I decided to set up a freebies section place the products with regulat price tag on it and a note - discoutn reflected in cart. Then i made a cart rule discounting the product price automatically without voucher once it is added to the cart. This seems to work better because it allows the customer to choose the attributes before they add the product to the cart plus it limits the number of free products to 1 after that the regular price is charged. I had this issue - I just changed the translation file in the loyalty module from "No rewards for this product" to "Collect rewards for this product" - Not a perfect fix but it looks better then it did

Im also having this problem- search was working fine a few days ago. I added aa few products to my store and now my search only shows the last product that i added to my store. What is going on and how in the world do i fix it ?

Yes i am looking to basically do the opposite. I figured if the op figured out how to get rid of it maybe i could do the opposite and add it. I havent been able to find a work around or a free module - I dont have the money to buy one right now Another oprion is to figure out how to add a discount based on the payment method chosen but I have been unable to fgure out how to do that withouta paid module as well

Hello Everyone, Thank you in advance for reading this and any help you may be able to provide. Im trying to set up my shop so that a paid product ($1) is added to the cart on every order. I would like to pair this with a discount on the order of $1 essentially making the product free without it showing up as a free item during checkout. Just to clarify I am looking for a free work around not a paid module preferably and I do not want to use the free gift option, I am currently using it but my payment processor payza cannot process items under $1 during checkout so i have to find a work around to make the item show up as a paid product over $1 to payza but in reality have a discount that makes the product free ie Example Order: $10 paid product $1 gift product =$11 total -$1 Discount The checkout total = $10 Making the gift free but showing it in checkout to payza as a $1 purchase

did you find out why this is happening ? I want to do just that add a product to the cart automatically but i dont know how.

i am also having this issue. The product page is only showing 2 price variations on pages that i did not maunally choose the default product and only 1 price variation on the products that i did not manually change the default on. yesterday this was not a problem i had multiple price points and they all showed on the product display page when i clicked on different options. What is going on ? i have only added prestashop modules and i havent changed any files or anything. I set up fedex shipping and spent forever adding products weight and package size once i was done i was checking if the shipping was accurate and suddenly started having the price problem. I have tried disabling ifedex, debug mode and I have added new products with less attributes this does not work. i have the newest version of prestashop, i just started the site a few days ago. Please help
