Yes, it is one of Nemo's Modules, I removed it from back office "Modules > Postions " and "unhooked" from backofficeheader. Nice work Nemo, keep it up

The Bing Code has got the curlies "{}" thats why it is interpreted as smarty. You can use the "non-javascript" tracking code. -
Hi, I resolved this issue by reducing file size. you may have to keep reducing the size till the system accepts it.
