  1. Hi All, My website www.paperbliss.com.au has recently been upgraded to the latest version of Prestashop and since then we've had a few errors with our PayPal module. A few times we have received payment and an email confirmation from PayPal but there is no such order in the back office. A couple of customers have said they got errors or didn't get directed back to the website after paying. We've received a few emails alerting us to errors as follows: Error reporting from your PayPalAPI module A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2016-01-11T04:22:08Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10486 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> This transaction couldn't be completed. L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error Error reporting from your PayPalAPI module A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2016-05-28T12:28:06Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10431 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details. L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Item amount is invalid. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error Error reporting from your PayPalAPI module A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2016-06-15T07:23:43Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10426 L_ERRORCODE1 -> 10413 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details. L_SHORTMESSAGE1 -> Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details. L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Item total is invalid. L_LONGMESSAGE1 -> The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error L_SEVERITYCODE1 -> Error Also I've just tried to create an order for a customer in the back office and upon clicking 'Create Order' an error appeared (image attached) and the order didn't process. If anyone has any suggestions or advice that would be great! Thanks, Angela

  3. Hi, We've just taken over a new business and thus the website as well. It is currently using Prestashop version 1.4.3 and we would like to upgrade to the latest version. Is this a complicated process or could we do it ourselves? We have little to no experience in web design/prestashop. Website is www.paperbliss.com.au Thanks for your help! Angela
