Bonjour, J'ai un problème avec mon site, depuis hier lorsque l'on va dessus il affiche une page complétement blanche (firefox), ou error 500(chrome). Pour la petite histoire: *Peu de temps avant de le constater, j'essayais de résoudre un problème sur le webmail concernant une abondance de mail delivery system pour des addresses @qq.com. E,n cherchant une réponse, j'ai lu que cela pouvait être un robot et qu'un module de captcha pouvait aider. Il y avait un lien eicaptcha je crois.* Bref j'ai charger le module précédemment téléchargé en zip par le biais de la page module, une fois fait, la page module affiche une page blanche de la ligne d'arborescence jusqu'en bas de page. Je ne sais pas si cela a un rapport mais depuis grosse page blanche sur tout le site. (http://www.radio2.fr/) J'ai essayer de chercher sur le forum mais je tombe sur des réponses qui parle dans rentrer dans un ftp des lignes de code. Si c'est la solution, pouvez m'expliquer comment faire avec des mots simples car je n'y connais absolument rien (mais j'apprends vite ou presque, j'ai mis 15min à comprendre ce que voulait dire BO et 10 de plus pour comprendre que backoffice est le menu de prestashop^^). Hi, We've just taken over a new business and thus the website as well. It is currently using Prestashop version 1.4.3 and we would like to upgrade to the latest version. Bonjour j'ai un probleme depuis quelques jours sur une boutique 1.4.3 lorsque l'on choisi un produit par exemple tshirt et dans les déclinaisons une couleurs et une taille , à la mise dans le panier c'est toujours la déclinaison de base qui revient et prestashop ne tient pas compte du choix. merci pour votre aide c'est vraiment urgent

I am experiencing what appears to be a reoccurring issue with many people. I upload a product image as a png with a transparent background. Prestashop then displays these images with a solid white background after it converts them to a jpeg. Looking through previous posts, someone will solve the problem, an upgrade comes along, and the edited file becomes worthless. Does anyone have an updated image.inc.php? Or maybe some other solution where I can display my products with a transparent background? What I need is the image.inc.php file for prestashop 1.4.3 I am willing to upgrade if you have a different versions php. Thank you.

Liebe Community, weiß jemand, wie ich vorgehen muss, um mit Prestashop bei Belboon als Merchant Affiliate betreiben kann? Es gibt im Netz keine Anleitung, bei Belboon hab ich auch schon nachgefragt - ich soll mich an Prestashop wenden!?. Hi, I just purchased a theme on Prestashop and installed it on at Prestashop version 1.4.4.0. After putting alot of work into customizing it, i found out, that the theme was only compatible with version 1.4.3.X (which is strange because the theme is sold on Prestashop.com) Anyway, is there any way to downgrade from 1.4.4 to 1.4.3 ? The reason for downgrading is that I can't use the WUSIWUG editor correctly. For example i can't use bold and make line breaks in my product description and CMS. PS: I wrote Prestashop and the referred my to templatemonster, because they made the theme. At templatemonster they just said: Downgrade your shop! PSS: Alternative, is there a way to upgrade the theme to fit with 1.4.4?
