  1. Hi, The database was setup fine, but at the next step, there's this error: Unable to open primary script: /public/install/sandbox/anything.php (No such file or directory) In fact, there is no `anything.php` at that directory. This is a fresh install from a zipped prestashop downloaded from the official sources. What to do?
  2. I've downloaded the latest version and when accessing it through the webserver it gets an error: "Installing Prestashop 1.7.6.1 0 % An error has occurrederror""" The contents of the dir are: -rw-r--r-- 1 www www 441 Nov 27 2018 Install_PrestaShop.html -rw-r--r-- 1 www www 689667 Oct 2 16:55 index.php -rw-r--r-- 1 www www 68654406 Aug 26 18:38 prestashop.zip Is there a php package missing? I'm using 26 in my FreeBSD vps. How can I know exactly what error I'm facing? or how to solve this?
  3. Hi, When trying to use the 1-click upgrade module, I get two errors regarding permissions. I'll use the admin/autoupgrade as an example, as the problem is the same as the other one regarding the root directory of the web site. As you can see, the directory is owned by www:www and is writable by www # ls -dl autoupgrade/ drwxr-xr-x 6 www www 512 May 27 15:54 autoupgrade/ The web server is running under www: # ps auxw | grep hiawatha www 6454 0.0 1.3 47724 9524 - SsJ 3:23PM 0:00.55 /usr/local/sbin/hiawatha It's running in a FreeBSD jail if that's useful. So, is the 1-click upgrade module trying to run under another user? What's wrong?
  4. Hi mmsh, I really hope that you can tackle this issue. Looking forward for the solution.
  5. Hi, Any ideas on how to solve this problem with url of images?
  6. Hi, I've read many of the threads concerning this issue, but still was not able to fix it. This store is running Prestashop 1.6.1.3. I'm trying to import a csv file with just one product and one image for the product. The server generates the error message "Error copying image upload/vr.jpg" The vr.jpg file is about 230kb. In classes/Tools.php, placed var_dumps to $source and $destination: string(14) "/upload/vr.jpg" string(49) "/usr/local/www/prestashop/img/tmp/ps_importhld2fh" Then, did the same thing in AdminImportController.php after the comment // associate image to selected shops, lines 1829... and got: $product->id: string(1) "2" $image->id: string(2) "27" $url: string(13) "upload/vr.jpg" $regenerate: string(0) "" But could not understand why I get the error. Tried already to place the picture in different locations, use absolute and relative paths. Tried http://localhost/vr.jpg http://192.168.0.2/vr.jpg all with single, double or no quotes, the image is always retrieved. When executing the import csv procedure, the working directory is in /admin/, am I right? One should use relative paths from there? Is there a defined place where to upload the images to the server? I'd appreciate help on this.
  7. Hi, I'm using PrestaShop version 1.6.1.3 and just installed and configured PayPal Europe module. When at the checkout process, at the 5th step I have two options (and want to have two more): - bank wire transfer - paypal The Paypal link associated with its log is none, just "javascript:void(0)" What to do to solve this?
  8. I could swear that I searched correctly and didn't find out before... I found it now, thanks gabdara!
  9. I'm following what is written in http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/First+steps+with+PrestaShop+1.5#FirststepswithPrestaShop1.5-Deactivateyourshop although my Prestashop version is 1.6.1.3. It's said that I should delete the demo data. When I try to delete the five orders I cannot see any option to do it. The bulk button says: select all, unselect all and change order status. How to delete these orders? I've searched and found out that it used to exist a 'database cleaner' module that is supposed to be integrated with prestashop in version 1.6. I cannot find it. Where is it?
