Thank you Bellini I think i have found the problem. Carriers, for some reason, can only be configured according to countries in prestashop backoffice. For example, imagine therefore having the same transport costs across the whole of the USA, Italy or UK etc. It is impossible to have same transport costs when the customer is located a few kilometers from the store and when located at the island. Especially when regarding bulky items. I read at somewhere that I can overcome this problem by creating many countries eg. Italy - main land-, Italy Islands, North Italy.... The problem however is that different ISO codes are used, which are not recognized by paypal. Can therefore in prestashop back office the same iso code be used by more than one country, without an error window popping up? Thank you

Trying to make an purchase there is an error: <b>PayPal response:</b> TIMESTAMP -> 2017-12-13T19:30:08Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10731 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Invalid Data L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> There's an error with this transaction. Please enter a country in the shipping address. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error Please help

Hi everyone I have noticed that none of my you-tube videos are displaying on my site. With firebug i have noticed that the you tube video link is http and not https. In prestashop back-office I have checked and rechecked. The link is correct. Please see attached images/ How can I correct his issue? Thanks

Hi everyone A few days ago my prestashop back office was extremely slow. Reading various topics from this forum, I tried to disable and uninstall the "Cron tasks manager module". Unfortunately it did not solve my problem. I have tried again to install and enable the "Cron tasks manager", but it will not execute any of the cron jobs. I have tried to reset the module. But again it will simply not execute. The cron jobs are active. Any suggestions?

Εφόσον είναι module, μπορείς να έρθεις σε επαφή με τον developer. Είτε θα σου εξηγήσει πως να το φτιάξεις είτε θα σου ζητήσει prestahop back office και ftp access ( εννοείται περιορισμένη) για να σου φτιάξει ο ίδιος το πρόβλημα. Ποοσπάθα ctrl +f5 για να κάνεις clear to cache

Μια γνώμη θα ήθελα. Με περιορισμένο budget, θα προτείνατε skroutz ή google adwords? Ποιο από τα 2 έχει μεγαλύτερη αποτελεσματικότητα? Εννοώ αγορές.

καλησπέρα Είχα αντιμετωπίσει παρόμοιο πρόβλημα όταν είχα πρώτο στήσει το site. Μάλλον κάνεις copy-paste το κείμενο απευθείας στο prestashop. Προσπαθήσε το εξής: είτε γράψε το κείμενο στο prestashop απευθείας είτε κάνε paste το κείμνο στο note pad και από copy-paste στο prestashop. Προσοχή σε notepad, όχι word.

Hi everyone. I have similar problems with the developers of this module. They are not there when needed. I have the following problem: the module will not send out reminder e-mails. The cron is configured, but no e-mails. Any idea how to solve this problem ?

Hi I have also updated to version 3.10.9. The logo works nicely now. Before there was a question mark. Have you triedForce compilation ---> under performance ?

A new version has come out. It solved the problem with the logo on the check out page.
