En fait il faut vider la basse de données de tout produit et/ou commande de test, avant la mise en production sinon il existe des risques de croisement des ID's des produits et/ou commandes pareil pour les promos, si on essaie de les supprimer depuis le BO ça ne supprime pas dans la basse de données et c'est la cause des bugs. Utilisez phpmyadmin et cherchez de supprimer les produits et les commandes ainsi que les promos de test, si ça ne marche pas faites un backup de tous vos produits et clients, videz votre base de données et restaurez la sauvegarde. Effectivement anteverse a raison, j'ai supprimé depuis phpmyadmin dans ma base de données sql les produits, les commandes de test et aussi les produits conflictifs et le problème a été résolu, c’était ma faute pour ne pas lire complètement le manuel de prestashop, en fait c'est conseillé de vider la basse de données avant la mise en production sinon il existe des risques de croisement de id's, tables, et autres dans la base de données.

Bonjour communauté Je vais essayer d'expliquer mon souci : Quand un client passe une commande par exemple d'un seul produit, sur le BO je vois ça commande avec le prix pour le produit sélectionné mais dans le détail de produits, je vois toujours un autre produit aléatoire, le prix total de la commande reste pour le produit sélectionné par le client. Voir image joint. Dans cette image vous pouvez voir deux produits, un ordinateur portable et un disque dur, le client a commandé un disque dur à 5€. Dans le détail il y a un ordinateur portable aussi, mais il n'affecte pas le prix heureusement mais je ne sais pas pourquoi il est là. Dans les paramétrés des produits il n'y a pas de relation entre les deux produits, ils ne sont pas dans la meme categorie, la référence est différente. J'utilise : Prestashop 1.6.0.14 Merci d’avance pour votre aide !

Oui je suis conscient, en fait un autre employée avait remplacé ce ficher en suivant un tuto sur internet, je lui ai retiré ses droits ftp et basta ! Heureusement c’était le seul fichier édité selon le log de ce utilisateur ftp sur mon serveur, il y a eu bien une suppression de version du fichier validate.php juste un jour avant ma découverte du message d'erreur.

Je viens de télécharger le zip d'origine et j'ai remplacé le validate.php vieux par celui du zip. Effectivement le problème venait du fichier vieux, avec celui d'origine plus d'erreur. Maintenant je vais chercher où ça va bugger ailleurs dans mon site. Un grand merci a vous pour l'aide... Bonne journée
