biebel Posted August 22, 2019 Share Posted August 22, 2019 I have a webshop version 1.6.1.10 with a template which isn't supported anymore in prestashop 1.7. I've tried to use the 1-click upgrade, which didn't work. I've tried to do the upgrade step by step but that didn't work out either. I've started a new 1.6.1.10 prestashop project without a theme and restored the 1.6.1.10 database but that don't work. How can I upgrade my webshop? How do I uninstall completely remove the template so that the default theme is used again and I will be able to upgrade? Thanks in advance for advice/help. I have had an issue with 1-click upgrade not working at all and finally found a solution in the forum. My problem was due to file permissions. What error are you getting?
