product modules not loading

Hi, I have an issue where adding additional information onto a product via a module is erroring.

So my shop is highly customised using warehouse theme with iqit elementor and I also use a module that allows me to add fields for the customer to input data for personalisation of products.

The problem I have is that when selecting a module in the modules tab within products and clicking the configure button it does not always load the module and just shows the green "settings updated." banner. sometimes i have to refresh the page several times before it lets me access the module. This doesnt just happen with a perticular module but from different creators.

anyone else have any thoughts what it could be?
